工程車輛主動安全系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:近年來,我國的汽車保有量大幅提高,隨之而來的問題是交通事故的頻發(fā),其中碰撞事故是最具代表性的事故形式。于是出現(xiàn)了基于聲、光和電磁的主動安全系統(tǒng),但是基于聲和光主動安全系統(tǒng)在復(fù)雜的環(huán)境中會受到較大的影響,而基于毫米波雷達(dá)的主動安全系統(tǒng)受環(huán)境影響很小。本文基于毫米波雷達(dá)原理研究設(shè)計一種用于礦山區(qū)域工程車輛的主動安全系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)是防止礦山區(qū)工程車輛發(fā)生碰撞的一種主動防御和報警裝置,主要利用雷達(dá)傳感器自動探測和發(fā)現(xiàn)工程車輛四周可能與其發(fā)生碰撞的車輛、行人、或其他障礙物體,通過設(shè)置安全距離范圍,發(fā)出警報信號,以避免或減少事故的發(fā)生。本文介紹了家用轎車主動安全系統(tǒng)中的防撞雷達(dá)技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,主動安全系統(tǒng)基本原理;同時結(jié)合工程車輛使用環(huán)境,指出了基于毫米波的家用轎車防撞雷達(dá)的局限性,確定了用于礦山區(qū)工程車輛的主動安全系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)參數(shù)與設(shè)計原則,在系統(tǒng)參數(shù)與設(shè)計原則的牽引和約束下依據(jù)毫米波雷達(dá)原理設(shè)計了應(yīng)用于環(huán)境比較惡劣的礦區(qū)大型工程車輛的主動安全系統(tǒng),具體研究內(nèi)容包括:(1)提出基于毫米波雷達(dá)傳感器的探測方案和基于三角波調(diào)頻連續(xù)波測距和測速方法;(2)根據(jù)主動安全系統(tǒng)中雷達(dá)探測的需求,設(shè)定天線波束方位和俯仰角等參數(shù)的閾值,從硬件層面實現(xiàn)設(shè)計方案中的三部天線、三個收發(fā)前端部件、一部數(shù)字信號處理部件等子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。具體包括:天線部分、高頻模塊、調(diào)制信號發(fā)生器、中頻放大器、信號處理模塊、顯示報警模塊;(3)對主動安全系統(tǒng)的核心部件數(shù)字信號處理模塊軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計,主要包括:數(shù)據(jù)采集處理、噪聲處理、恒虛警處理、快速傅里葉變換和顯示報警;(4)對系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)參數(shù)的選型進(jìn)行了論述并通過仿真驗證了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的合理性。經(jīng)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)論證和仿真試驗顯示,本文所設(shè)計用于礦山的工程車輛基于毫米波的主動安全系統(tǒng)能夠在行駛過程中,實現(xiàn)障礙物距離實時顯示、危險報警等功能,提高了行車的安全性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of cars in our country has been greatly increased, and the following problem is the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents, among which collision accidents are the most representative form of accidents. There are active security systems based on sound, light and electromagnetism, but active safety systems based on sound and light will be greatly affected in complex environments, while active security systems based on millimeter wave radar are less affected by environment. Based on the principle of millimeter wave radar, an active safety system for mine regional engineering vehicles is designed in this paper. The system is an active defense and alarm device for preventing collisions of engineering vehicles in mining areas. It mainly uses radar sensors to automatically detect and detect vehicles, pedestrians, or other obstructed objects that may collide with engineering vehicles around them. Alarm signals are issued by setting a safe range to avoid or reduce accidents. This paper introduces the domestic and international research status of anti-collision radar technology in active safety system of household car, the basic principle of active safety system, and the use environment of construction vehicle. The limitation of household car collision prevention radar based on millimeter wave is pointed out, and the system parameters and design principles of active safety system for mine area construction vehicle are determined. According to the principle of millimeter wave radar, an active safety system for large engineering vehicles in mining area is designed under the traction and constraint of system parameters and design principles. The specific research contents include: (1) the detection scheme based on millimeter wave radar sensor and the method of ranging and velocimetry based on triangular-wave FM continuous wave; (2) according to the requirement of radar detection in active safety system, The threshold of antenna beam azimuth and pitch angle is set to realize the design of three antennas, three transceiver front-end parts, one digital signal processing unit and so on. It includes: antenna part, high frequency module, modulation signal generator, if amplifier, signal processing module, display and alarm module; (3) software design of digital signal processing module, which is the core component of active security system. It mainly includes: data acquisition and processing, noise processing, CFAR processing, fast Fourier transform and display alarm. (4) the selection of system parameters is discussed and the rationality of the system design is verified by simulation. The system parameter demonstration and simulation test show that the active safety system based on millimeter wave of the engineering vehicle designed in this paper can realize the functions of real-time display of obstacle distance and danger alarm while driving. The safety of driving is improved.
