基于模糊綜合評價(jià)法的綜合單價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量化

【摘要】:自實(shí)行工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)模式以來,投標(biāo)人的報(bào)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用隱含在工程量清單的綜合單價(jià)中,綜合單價(jià)的合理確定顯得尤為重要。本文根據(jù)綜合單價(jià)的組成對綜合單價(jià)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了分析,將三角模糊數(shù)引入層次分析法中構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的判斷矩陣,求出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的權(quán)重,利用模糊綜合評價(jià)的方法求出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用系數(shù),根據(jù)投標(biāo)人的預(yù)期利潤率得到綜合單價(jià)的綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)。結(jié)合南京市某保障房項(xiàng)目對建立的模型進(jìn)行算例分析,確定出符合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和投標(biāo)人實(shí)力的綜合單價(jià)的綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the bill of quantities pricing model, the bidder's quotation risk cost is implied in the comprehensive unit price of the bill of quantities, and the reasonable determination of the comprehensive unit price is particularly important. In this paper, the risk factors of comprehensive unit price are analyzed according to the composition of comprehensive unit price. The triangular fuzzy number is introduced into AHP to construct the judgment matrix of risk factor, and the weight of risk factor is obtained. The risk cost coefficient is calculated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the comprehensive risk coefficient of the comprehensive unit price is obtained according to the expected profit rate of the bidder. Combined with an example of a indemnificatory apartment project in Nanjing, the comprehensive risk coefficient of the comprehensive unit price, which accords with the characteristics of the project and the strength of the bidder, is determined.
