【摘要】: 本文針對(duì)柴油機(jī)公司在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中面臨迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題,采用八項(xiàng)質(zhì)量管理原則、質(zhì)量控制理論、質(zhì)量保證理論、現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量成本管理理論以及質(zhì)量管理體系管理方法,開(kāi)展了柴油機(jī)公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理研究。首先,指出了柴油機(jī)公司供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)的基本原則和基本任務(wù),采用過(guò)程方法確立供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)流程;其次,指出了柴油機(jī)公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制的基本原則和基本任務(wù),采用過(guò)程審核、產(chǎn)品審核、問(wèn)題管理模式、供應(yīng)商動(dòng)態(tài)等級(jí)管理和供應(yīng)商激勵(lì)等手段對(duì)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制:然后,例舉柴油機(jī)公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理方面成功實(shí)證案例,展示了柴油機(jī)公司實(shí)施供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理后取得績(jī)效。 柴油機(jī)公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理研究表明:要想控制好外購(gòu)件質(zhì)量,首先必須控制好供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量,其次控制好供應(yīng)商對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證能力,再次控制好供應(yīng)商問(wèn)題整改,促使供應(yīng)商持續(xù)改進(jìn)。只有這樣,才能打造穩(wěn)定的、可靠的、持續(xù)的供應(yīng)渠道,實(shí)現(xiàn)柴油機(jī)公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理的目標(biāo):提高供應(yīng)鏈上節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)顧客產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)水平和降低總的交易成本:讓顧客從滿意走向愿意,再走向忠誠(chéng),實(shí)現(xiàn)制造商最終目的——賺錢(qián)和所承擔(dān)的社會(huì)責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:In this paper, eight quality management principles, quality control theory, quality assurance theory, modern quality cost management theory and quality management system management method are adopted to solve the problems that diesel engine company is facing in the process of production and operation. The supplier quality management research of diesel engine company was carried out. Firstly, the basic principles and tasks of supplier development in diesel company are pointed out, and the process method is used to establish the supplier development process. Secondly, the basic principles and tasks of supplier quality control in diesel engine company are pointed out. Process audit, product audit, problem management model, supplier dynamic rank management and supplier incentive are used to control supplier quality. The performance of diesel engine company after supplier quality management is demonstrated. The research on supplier quality management of diesel engine company shows that in order to control the quality of purchased parts, first of all, the supplier quality must be controlled well, secondly, the supplier's ability to guarantee the product quality should be controlled well, and the supplier problem should be corrected again. Promote continuous improvement of suppliers. Only in this way can we create a stable, reliable and sustainable supply channel. The goal of supplier quality management in diesel company is to improve the level of customer product and service and to reduce the total transaction cost. Achieve the ultimate goal of the manufacturer-making money and social responsibility.
