【摘要】：中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)歷30多年高速增長(zhǎng),傳統(tǒng)增長(zhǎng)方式給經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)許多負(fù)面影響,經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展矛盾日益突出,社會(huì)公共危機(jī)屢現(xiàn)不減、食品安全問(wèn)題層出不窮、生產(chǎn)安全問(wèn)題亟待解決,生態(tài)、資源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題更是日益惡化。經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境問(wèn)題的強(qiáng)烈互動(dòng),人們對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的呼聲日趨高漲,使得企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。從全球范圍看,自20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),社會(huì)責(zé)任運(yùn)動(dòng)愈演愈烈,可持續(xù)發(fā)展呼聲不斷,在政府、媒體和社會(huì)活動(dòng)人士的壓力下,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任已經(jīng)成為各國(guó)企業(yè)義不容辭的責(zé)任。隨著我國(guó)企業(yè)日益融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)際化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之中,企業(yè)能否從戰(zhàn)略高度來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題,主動(dòng)承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)利益和社會(huì)利益雙贏,將是制約其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,也是在中國(guó)全面開(kāi)放環(huán)境下,企業(yè)能否成功應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際挑戰(zhàn)的關(guān)鍵。 在當(dāng)前企業(yè)發(fā)展與社會(huì)發(fā)展不平衡趨勢(shì)加大,企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任惰性與公眾對(duì)企業(yè)承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任期望上升之間的矛盾加劇,而企業(yè)發(fā)展離不開(kāi)社會(huì)這個(gè)大背景,因此企業(yè)如何平衡經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)責(zé)任履行是每個(gè)企業(yè)要面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。本文將以此為切入點(diǎn),從企業(yè)本身出發(fā),在分析和回顧先前研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,把企業(yè)和其利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系作為社會(huì)關(guān)系的核心,以社會(huì)公眾愈加強(qiáng)烈的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任期望和當(dāng)前企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任履行惰性之間的矛盾為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在利益相關(guān)者理論的基礎(chǔ)上定義企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,明晰社會(huì)責(zé)任對(duì)象和內(nèi)容以及企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任的邊界,探討企業(yè)該如何作為才能平衡企業(yè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展之間的矛盾,提出企業(yè)應(yīng)該對(duì)代表絕大多數(shù)社會(huì)成員的企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者承擔(dān)責(zé)任,才能促進(jìn)企業(yè)和社會(huì)共贏發(fā)展,同時(shí)形成包含社會(huì)責(zé)任內(nèi)容的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略管理實(shí)施框架,以期指導(dǎo)企業(yè)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth, the traditional way of economic growth has brought many negative effects to economic development. The contradictions between economic and social development are becoming increasingly prominent, the social public crisis is constantly on the rise, and food safety problems emerge in endlessly. Production safety problems need to be solved urgently, ecological, resource and environmental problems are worsening day by day. With the strong interaction of economic, social and environmental problems, the voice of corporate social responsibility is rising day by day, which makes corporate social responsibility become the focus of attention. Globally, since the 1990s, the social responsibility movement has become more and more intense, the voice of sustainable development has continued, under pressure from the government, the media and social activists, Corporate social responsibility has become the responsibility of enterprises of all countries. With the increasing integration of Chinese enterprises into the global economy and international competition, can enterprises understand the problem of corporate social responsibility from a strategic perspective and take the initiative to assume social responsibility, so as to achieve a win-win situation between the interests of enterprises and the interests of society? It will be the key to restrict its sustainable development and whether the enterprises can successfully meet the international challenges under the overall open environment of China. At present, the imbalance between enterprise development and social development is increasing, the contradiction between the inertia of corporate social responsibility and the rising expectations of the public on corporate social responsibility is intensified, and enterprise development can not be separated from the background of society. Therefore, how to balance economic development and social responsibility performance is a problem that every enterprise has to face. Based on the analysis and review of previous research results, this paper regards the relationship between enterprises and their stakeholders as the core of social relations. Based on the contradiction between the increasingly strong expectations of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the inertia of corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate social responsibility (CSR) is defined on the basis of stakeholder theory. Clarify the object and content of social responsibility and the boundary of corporate social responsibility, and discuss how to balance the contradiction between enterprise and social development. In order to promote the win-win development of enterprises and society, enterprises should take responsibility for the stakeholders who represent the vast majority of social members. At the same time, they should form corporate strategies with social responsibility content, and construct the implementation framework of strategic management. With a view to guiding the practical activities of enterprises.
