【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理中一個(gè)非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)就是項(xiàng)目評(píng)估,它的基本作用就是為項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展和實(shí)施提供相應(yīng)的技術(shù)支持。項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展中運(yùn)用評(píng)估的方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目各個(gè)實(shí)施階段所可能發(fā)生的各種狀況進(jìn)行科學(xué)的判斷與指導(dǎo),這對(duì)項(xiàng)目中后期的發(fā)展方向所起的決定性和優(yōu)化決策結(jié)果及提高績(jī)效評(píng)估等有著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文先對(duì)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估的基本理論進(jìn)行綜合闡述,基于在化工行業(yè)多年的實(shí)踐工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),從項(xiàng)目評(píng)估的角度結(jié)合本行業(yè)自身特點(diǎn),本著理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的宗旨,對(duì)ABS裝置中熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)治理項(xiàng)目的預(yù)算分析、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)收益以及安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的研究。通過(guò)一系列動(dòng)靜態(tài)指標(biāo)的計(jì)算對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行增減利能力分析,對(duì)原料供應(yīng)、市場(chǎng)、經(jīng)營(yíng)等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了全面詳實(shí)的科學(xué)分析,并通過(guò)具體分析對(duì)該項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性作了具體評(píng)估,提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)方案。希望本文的研究、總結(jié)可以為相關(guān)企業(yè)該項(xiàng)目投資運(yùn)營(yíng)中起到參考作用,以此提高我國(guó)此行業(yè)的整體水平。
[Abstract]:A very important part of project management is project evaluation. Its basic function is to provide the corresponding technical support for the development and implementation of the project. This plays an important role in determining the development direction of the project, optimizing the decision result and improving the performance evaluation. Based on the practical experience in chemical industry for many years, combining the characteristics of the industry from the point of view of project evaluation, and in line with the purpose of integrating theory with practice, the budget analysis and production scale of cogeneration control project in ABS plant are analyzed. Through the calculation of a series of dynamic and static indexes to analyze the project's ability to increase or decrease interest, and to carry out a comprehensive and detailed scientific analysis of the risks such as raw material supply, market and operation, etc. And through the concrete analysis of the risk of the implementation of the project made a specific assessment, put forward the corresponding solutions. I hope that the study of this paper, summary for the relevant enterprises in the investment and operation of the project to play a reference role, In order to improve the overall level of this industry.
