【摘要】：工程項目組織中承發(fā)包雙方信任狀態(tài)的判斷對制定合理風險分擔方案具有重要影響。準確地描述信任狀態(tài)已成為工程項目管理理論發(fā)展中一個亟待解決的重要課題。本文基于行為主義心理學的研究邏輯,應用扎根理論研究方法,構建了工程項目組織中信任狀態(tài)的發(fā)展與演進模型。結(jié)果表明,中國管理情景下工程項目組織中的信任狀態(tài)可描述為不信任、嘗試型信任、認知型信任與關系型信任,一般呈現(xiàn)從低級向高級發(fā)展的規(guī)律。信任狀態(tài)通過承發(fā)包雙方的行為選擇外顯化,且雙方行為具有差異性特征。研究同時發(fā)現(xiàn)了直接影響工程項目組織中信任狀態(tài)發(fā)展與演進的市場規(guī)范要素與社會規(guī)范要素,及項目基本面要素的調(diào)節(jié)作用�；�于上述結(jié)論,從加強信任與風險分擔的對稱性、提高承發(fā)包雙方信任穩(wěn)定性及鞏固信任維持與發(fā)展的基礎三方面為工程項目管理實踐提供了相關建議。
[Abstract]:The judgment of the trust state between the contracting parties in the project organization has an important influence on the formulation of reasonable risk sharing scheme. Accurately describing the trust state has become an important lesson to be solved in the development of engineering project management theory. This paper is based on the logic of behaviorist psychology, The development and evolution model of trust state in engineering project organization is constructed by using the method of rooted theory. The results show that the trust state in project organization in China can be described as distrust and trial trust. Cognitive trust and relational trust generally show the law of development from lower level to higher level. At the same time, the paper finds out the regulatory factors of market and social norms, and the regulating effects of basic elements of projects, which directly influence the development and evolution of trust state in engineering project organization. Some suggestions are provided for engineering project management practice from three aspects: strengthening the symmetry of trust and risk sharing, improving the trust stability of both parties and consolidating the foundation of trust maintenance and development.
