[Abstract]:Large-scale science and technology engineering involves a large number of implementing organizations. In view of the complex organizational cooperative structure and its relationship, this paper is based on organization theory, synergy theory and network organization theory. By using system engineering and project management methods and techniques, the cooperative network of centralized, adaptive and decentralized organizations is constructed, and the formal and quantitative description is carried out. Then, the dimension of collaborative relationship and its main influencing factors are analyzed. The relationship of authority link and contract link and two corresponding cooperative network management modes are proposed.
