BX城鐵項目全過程質(zhì)量控制方案的研究

【摘要】:2014年,世界經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)復蘇,國家對軌道交通行業(yè)的大力支持,行業(yè)市場需求強勁,為軌道客車企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了良好發(fā)展機遇。CKGF公司積極順應國家“走出去”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過公司努力,取得了BX城鐵項目。在此背景下,機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,各軌道車輛企業(yè)間競爭態(tài)勢日趨加劇,公司內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)形勢也日趨嚴峻,因此,如何最大限度地合理利用現(xiàn)有資源,加強BX城鐵項目全過程的質(zhì)量控制管理,提升整車產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,以進一步提高客戶滿意度,,已成為CKGF公司亟待解決的問題。本文基于對CKGF公司城鐵項目執(zhí)行過程中各階段的現(xiàn)狀分析,依據(jù)對相關(guān)行業(yè)標準及基礎理論的概述,通過分析各階段的流程及影響因素,按照國際鐵路行業(yè)標準及相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理體系要求,提出了CKGF公司BX城鐵項目質(zhì)量控制方案,并給出了相應的保障措施。 本文認為城鐵客車項目周期內(nèi)對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量影響較大的三個階段為開發(fā)與設計階段、零部件采購階段和生產(chǎn)制造階段,在項目執(zhí)行過程中受到人、機、料、法、環(huán)、測等六方面因素影響。本文認為質(zhì)量管理要貫穿這三個階段,對各方面影響因素實施全過程的管控,文中逐項提出了質(zhì)量控制的原則和思路并進行了解析。最后,依據(jù)CKGF公司現(xiàn)狀,從組織、制度和技術(shù)三個方面對CKGF公司BX城鐵項目各階段質(zhì)量控制方案的實施提出了保障措施。 這一研究將項目管理和質(zhì)量控制理論的研究成果運用于CKGF公司BX城鐵項目中,對于提升BX城鐵項目質(zhì)量控制水平、促進管理理論向企業(yè)管理實踐的轉(zhuǎn)化具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the sustained recovery of the world economy, the strong support of the state to the rail transit industry, and the strong market demand of the industry have created a good development opportunity for the rail bus enterprises. In this context, opportunities and challenges coexist, competition among rail vehicle enterprises intensifies day by day, and the internal production situation of the company becomes increasingly severe. How to make the best use of the existing resources, strengthen the quality control management of the whole process of BX City Railway Project, improve the product quality of the whole vehicle, so as to further improve the customer satisfaction, In this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation of each stage in the implementation process of the urban railway project of CKGF Company, based on the overview of the relevant industry standards and basic theories, the process of each stage and the influencing factors are analyzed. According to the standards of international railway industry and the requirements of relevant quality management system, the quality control scheme of BX City Railway Project of CKGF Company is put forward, and the corresponding safeguard measures are given. This paper holds that the three stages that have great influence on the product quality in the project cycle are the development and design stage, the parts purchasing stage and the production and manufacturing stage, and are subjected to human, machine, material, law, ring, and so on in the course of the project execution. This paper points out that quality management should run through these three stages, and implement the whole process control of each factor. The paper puts forward the principle and thought of quality control item by item and analyzes it. According to the present situation of CKGF Company, the guarantee measures are put forward for the implementation of quality control scheme of BX City Railway Project in CKGF Company from three aspects of organization, system and technology. This study applies the research results of project management and quality control theory to the BX City Railway Project of CKGF Company, which is of great significance for improving the quality control level of BX City Railway Project and promoting the transformation of management theory to enterprise management practice.
