【摘要】：正BT(Build Transfer)即"建設(shè)—移交",是項(xiàng)目建設(shè)領(lǐng)域采用的一種投資建設(shè)模式,項(xiàng)目發(fā)起人通過(guò)與投資者簽訂合同,由投資者負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的融資、建設(shè),并在規(guī)定時(shí)限內(nèi)將竣工后的項(xiàng)目移交項(xiàng)目發(fā)起人,項(xiàng)目發(fā)起人根據(jù)簽訂的回購(gòu)協(xié)議分期向投資者支付項(xiàng)目總投資的過(guò)程。BT模式是隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的深入推進(jìn),在項(xiàng)目投融資建設(shè)領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)的一種新的建設(shè)管理方式。
[Abstract]:Positive BT(Build transfer, or "build-transfer", is an investment and construction model used in the field of project construction. The initiator of the project is responsible for the financing and construction of the project by signing a contract with the investor. And within the specified time limit, the project will be transferred to the project sponsors after completion. The process of the project sponsors paying investors the total project investment by stages according to the signed repo agreements. BT model is with the deepening of the economic system reform in China. A new construction management method appeared in the field of project investment and financing construction.
