貴陽(yáng)市高校戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)學(xué)校教育一直強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的主體性,但“教師講學(xué)生聽”的單向式教學(xué)使得教師成為主角,使學(xué)生成為學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程的主體只停留在理論層面。尋求突破需要將教師的角色進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變,尤其是要在教師和所“教的內(nèi)容”之間的關(guān)系上進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變。即學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容要從由教師掌握的知識(shí)傳輸給學(xué)生變?yōu)閷W(xué)生體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)涵所感悟:教學(xué)的形式要從“教師教學(xué)生聽”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤皩W(xué)生做教室看”學(xué)習(xí)的結(jié)果要由間接獲得的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹苯咏Y(jié)合間接經(jīng)驗(yàn)獲得的知識(shí)。學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程在不同時(shí)間與不同地點(diǎn)上的變化,讓學(xué)生在活動(dòng)中主動(dòng)感悟?qū)W習(xí)帶來(lái)的刺激,于是戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)活動(dòng)本身就是“最好的老師”高校的體育課程一般都是在校內(nèi)進(jìn)行,很多綜合類學(xué)校本身學(xué)生體育鍛煉意識(shí)就不強(qiáng),所以上體育課基本是他們的體育鍛煉時(shí)間。隨著05年以來(lái)學(xué)校的不斷擴(kuò)招,學(xué)生上體育課需要的場(chǎng)地也相應(yīng)的增多。很多學(xué)校也出現(xiàn)了體育場(chǎng)地緊張的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也給大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)健身活動(dòng)帶來(lái)許多不便。久而久之,大學(xué)生也就失去了對(duì)體育鍛煉的興趣。為了盡快解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題,可以將一部分學(xué)生進(jìn)行相應(yīng)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué),因?yàn)閼敉膺\(yùn)動(dòng)很多項(xiàng)目對(duì)場(chǎng)地的要求并不高,這樣做從而可以緩解學(xué)生場(chǎng)地緊張的問(wèn)題,另一方面也能讓大學(xué)生體會(huì)到戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 本文以貴州大學(xué)、貴州師范大學(xué)、貴陽(yáng)醫(yī)學(xué)院、貴州財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、貴州民族大學(xué)、貴陽(yáng)中醫(yī)學(xué)院、貴州師范學(xué)院、貴州警官職業(yè)學(xué)院、貴州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、貴陽(yáng)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為例,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、觀察法等研究法研究戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)開展模式和內(nèi)容,歸納總結(jié)貴陽(yáng)高校戶外課程存在的問(wèn)題,最后進(jìn)行戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué)發(fā)展對(duì)策研究。提出了將戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)納入高校體育課程;加大宣傳力度,引起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,,改變觀念,制定落實(shí)相關(guān)政策;建立保障體系,加強(qiáng)安全教育,解除后顧之憂;加強(qiáng)師資建設(shè),培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)合理的師資隊(duì)伍;加強(qiáng)體育經(jīng)費(fèi)的投入,重視戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的完善;開展高校戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)俱樂(lè)部等對(duì)策與建議,為貴陽(yáng)高校戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展提供參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, school education has emphasized the subjectivity of students, but the one-way teaching of "teachers talk about listening to students" makes teachers become the protagonists, making students the main body of the learning process only at the theoretical level. Seeking a breakthrough requires a change in the teacher's role, especially in the relationship between the teacher and the "content" taught. That is, the learning content should be transferred from the knowledge acquired by the teacher to the students, and the meaning of the activity item should be realized: the form of teaching should be changed from "teachers teach students to listen" to "students do the classroom to see" the result of learning should be changed from "teachers teach students to listen" to "students do classroom see". Knowledge acquired indirectly is transformed into knowledge acquired directly in combination with indirect experience. The changes in the learning process at different times and in different places allow students to actively feel the excitement of learning in their activities, so that outdoor sports activities themselves are "the best teachers" the physical education courses in colleges and universities are generally conducted in schools. Many comprehensive schools do not have a strong sense of physical exercise, so physical education is basically their time for physical exercise. With the expansion of school enrollment since 2005, the number of venues required for physical education for students has increased accordingly. Many schools also have the problem of shortage of sports venues, but also bring a lot of inconvenience to college students' sports and fitness activities. Over time, college students also lost interest in physical exercise. In order to solve this problem as soon as possible, some students can be taught the corresponding outdoor sports, because many outdoor sports projects do not have high requirements on the field, so this can alleviate the problem of students' space tension. On the other hand, it can also let college students realize many advantages of outdoor sports. In this paper, Guizhou University, Guizhou normal University, Guiyang Medical College, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, Guizhou University of nationalities, Guiyang College of traditional Chinese Medicine, Guizhou normal College, Guizhou Police officers Vocational College, Guizhou Vocational and Technical College, Guiyang Vocational and Technical College as an example, using literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, observation and other research methods to study outdoor sports development model and content, summed up Guiyang university outdoor curriculum problems, Finally, the development countermeasures of outdoor sports teaching are studied. The paper puts forward that the outdoor sports should be brought into the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities; the propaganda should be strengthened, the leaders should pay more attention to it, the ideas should be changed, the relevant policies should be formulated and implemented, the security system should be established, the safety education should be strengthened, and the construction of teachers should be strengthened. To train the teachers with reasonable structure; to strengthen the input of sports funds, to attach importance to the improvement of outdoor sports facilities; to develop university outdoor sports club and other countermeasures and suggestions, to provide reference for the development of Guiyang university outdoor sports.
