【摘要】：民族村寨旅游開發(fā)的各種亂象肇始于人治,人治已成為掣肘,只有法治才是民族村寨旅游開發(fā)持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略抉擇。法治思維、旅游基礎(chǔ)要素、旅游市場的法治構(gòu)筑民族村寨旅游開發(fā)的法治路徑。
[Abstract]:All kinds of chaos in the development of tourism in ethnic villages began with the rule of man, which has become a constraint. Only the rule of law is the strategic choice for the sustainable and healthy development of tourism in ethnic villages. The rule of law thinking, the basic elements of tourism and the rule of law of tourism market construct the rule of law path of tourism development in ethnic villages.
