【摘要】：改革開放30多年來越來越多的人過上了富裕的生活,人們開始更多關(guān)注自己的身體健康選擇適合自己的鍛煉活動,于是一種國外流行的健身方式被引入到中國,其就是包括,野外露營、野外登山、速降、攀巖、自行車等為一體的戶外運(yùn)動。昆明參加戶外運(yùn)動的人數(shù)和俱樂部的數(shù)量都逐年增長,如今已經(jīng)發(fā)展為相當(dāng)大的一個運(yùn)動群體。本人主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對昆明市戶外運(yùn)動開展情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.昆明市戶外運(yùn)動發(fā)展較早但整體戶外運(yùn)動規(guī)模不大,戶外市場劃分相對明顯,目前處于平穩(wěn)發(fā)展階段。按照開展的形式分為三塊:群眾性戶外活動、戶外拓展培訓(xùn)、戶外賽事。開展的戶外運(yùn)動主要以山地戶外運(yùn)動為主開展的主要項目有登山、露營、叢林穿越、攀巖、定向越野、登山、自行車、漂流、燒烤露營、等危險級別較低的挑戰(zhàn)性項目,公共戶外運(yùn)動設(shè)施還較少。2.昆明市的戶外運(yùn)動組織體系主要包括官方組織機(jī)構(gòu)和民間組織機(jī)構(gòu),官方組織機(jī)構(gòu)有云南登山戶外運(yùn)動協(xié)會和昆明登山探險協(xié)會,民間組織機(jī)構(gòu)有民營非營利俱樂部、商業(yè)戶外運(yùn)動俱樂部、自發(fā)結(jié)社人群。3.昆明市戶外活動和賽事開展情況樂觀,主要以群眾性的休閑健身活動為主,競技性的戶外賽事還較少,國際、國內(nèi)大型戶外賽事承辦較少。4.昆明市戶外運(yùn)動參與者的年齡主要分布在36-45歲之間,男性明顯多于女性,文化水平較高以本科學(xué)歷為主,從事的職業(yè)主要為:企事業(yè)單位人員、公務(wù)員、和各類技術(shù)工作人員,收入中等偏上主要以月收入4000元以上為主,每個月參加1次活動的人數(shù)最多,每次花費(fèi)大多數(shù)在200元以下。參加的時間基本上都在周末和節(jié)假日,參與的地點(diǎn)普遍以居住地周邊為主,每次活動時間以1天內(nèi)的短途為主。參加活動方式大多主要有商業(yè)俱樂部組織和愛好者自行網(wǎng)絡(luò)邀約,參與活動的季節(jié)主要在春、夏、秋,冬天較少。大部分人是通過朋友介紹和網(wǎng)絡(luò)參與到戶外運(yùn)動中,參與活動的主要目的是休息放松、消遣娛樂、健身、交友。5.昆明市戶外運(yùn)動發(fā)展中存在的問題有(1)政策法規(guī)落實(shí)困難(2)戶外運(yùn)動俱樂部資質(zhì)不足(3)專業(yè)性戶外運(yùn)動俱樂部經(jīng)營困惑(4)戶外運(yùn)動參與者培訓(xùn)不足(5)民間組織的無序化(6)戶外運(yùn)動的安全隱患問題(7)戶外運(yùn)動與旅游結(jié)合不明顯。6.對昆明市戶外運(yùn)動的發(fā)展對策有(1)完善當(dāng)?shù)卣�策法�?guī)系建設(shè)和提高準(zhǔn)入門檻(2)加強(qiáng)戶外運(yùn)動的宣傳和培訓(xùn)(3)建立對民間由活動組織進(jìn)行監(jiān)管審批制度(4)以重慶武陵山為例開發(fā)轎子雪山戶外旅游基地(5)聯(lián)合昆明高校培養(yǎng)戶外儲備人才。
[Abstract]:More and more people have lived a rich life for more than 30 years of reform and opening up. People begin to pay more attention to their physical health and choose their own exercise. So a foreign popular fitness method is introduced into China, which includes outdoor sports including outdoor camping, mountain climbing, speed landing, rock climbing, and bicycles. The number of outdoor sports and the number of clubs are increasing year by year, and now it has developed into a large sports group. I mainly use literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods to investigate the development of outdoor sports in Kunming. The following conclusions are as follows: 1. the outdoor sports development in Kunming is early but the overall outdoor sports scale is not large, the outdoor market is divided relatively obviously and is at the stage of smooth development. According to the form, it is divided into three blocks: the mass outdoor activities, outdoor development training, outdoor events. The outdoor sports mainly carried out by the mountain outdoor sports mainly. The project includes mountaineering, camping, jungle crossing, rock climbing, orienteering, mountaineering, cycling, drifting, barbecue, barbecue and camping, such as low risk levels, and less public outdoor sports facilities.2. Kunming outdoor sports organizations mainly include official organization and civil organization, and the official organization of Yunnan mountaineering outdoors The Sports Association and the Kunming mountaineering and Exploration Association, the civil organization institutions have private non-profit clubs, commercial outdoor Sporting Club Hotel, the spontaneous association group.3.
