沙溪寺登街“智慧旅游”發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,智慧旅游成為旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇,受到社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注,“智慧地球”、“智慧城市”、“智慧旅游”等概念相繼而生,成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。國(guó)內(nèi)外許多城市借助“智慧城市”的平臺(tái)和成果,建設(shè)“智慧旅游”工作已初見(jiàn)成效。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)收集法、田野調(diào)查法、跨學(xué)科研究法等多種研究方法,綜合各學(xué)科知識(shí),對(duì)沙溪寺登街智慧旅游的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了全方位、多角度的研究。目前,沙溪智慧旅游建設(shè)初步形成以游客為核心的營(yíng)銷、體驗(yàn)平臺(tái);以旅游網(wǎng)站為依托的信息查詢、行程設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品選擇和產(chǎn)品購(gòu)買的軟件運(yùn)用平臺(tái);以及職能機(jī)構(gòu)為輔助的監(jiān)管、服務(wù)平臺(tái)。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)沙溪寺登街的實(shí)地調(diào)研,總結(jié)出智慧旅游發(fā)展的8點(diǎn)不足,主要表現(xiàn)為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)科技研發(fā)與實(shí)施技術(shù)力量薄弱;旅游配套設(shè)施建設(shè)不完善;智慧旅游評(píng)價(jià)體系缺失;旅游文化對(duì)民族文化的破壞等。由于智慧旅游建設(shè)對(duì)城市發(fā)展水平要求較高,相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究主要集中在我國(guó)東部沿海城市,忽略了旅游資源豐富,民族文化獨(dú)具特色的偏遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)。本文著力于研究大理智慧旅游發(fā)展的特殊性,學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展的先進(jìn)模式,結(jié)合地區(qū)政策、地理環(huán)境、民族文化等優(yōu)勢(shì),提出大理沙溪智慧旅游發(fā)展路徑即“3102戰(zhàn)略”(3步走、10體系和2平臺(tái)),以期為沙溪智慧旅游的發(fā)展提供思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network information technology, intelligent tourism has become an inevitable choice for the development of tourism, and has received extensive attention from all walks of life. The concepts of "intelligent earth", "intelligent city" and "intelligent tourism" have emerged one after another. It has become a hot issue in today's society. With the help of the platform and achievements of "Wisdom City", many cities at home and abroad have made initial achievements in the construction of "Smart Tourism". In this paper, various research methods, such as literature collection, field investigation and interdisciplinary research, are used to study the development of intelligent tourism in Shaxi Temple Street from all aspects and angles. At present, Shaxi wisdom tourism construction initially forms the marketing and experience platform with tourists as the core, the information inquiry, the itinerary design, the product selection and the product purchase software application platform based on the tourism website. As well as functional agencies to assist the supervision of the service platform. Based on the field investigation of Shaxi Temple Street, the author concludes that there are 8 deficiencies in the development of intelligent tourism, mainly manifested in the weakness of scientific and technological research and development and implementation of tourism industry, the imperfect construction of tourism supporting facilities, the lack of intelligent tourism evaluation system, and the lack of scientific and technological research and development in the tourism industry. Since the construction of intelligent tourism requires a high level of urban development, the research of relevant scholars is mainly focused on the coastal cities in the east of China, ignoring the remote mountainous areas with rich tourism resources and unique national culture. This paper focuses on studying the particularity of the development of Dali Wisdom Tourism, learning the advanced mode of development at home and abroad, combining the advantages of regional policy, geographical environment, national culture, etc. This paper puts forward the development path of wisdom tourism of Shaxi in Dali, that is, "3102 Strategy" (3 steps, 10 systems and 2 platforms), in order to provide ideas for the development of intelligent tourism in Shaxi.
