云南翁丁村佤族土著知識旅游綜合開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,帶來了旅游市場的的日漸壯大和旅游者的日趨成熟,旅游動機的轉(zhuǎn)變和旅游需求也隨之逐漸變得多層次和多樣化,土著知識旅游作為一種新型的旅游方式慢慢走進旅游者和學(xué)者的視野,變成關(guān)注的焦點。首先,土著知識作為一種非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),對其進行保護和傳承是很有必要的;其次,承載土著知識的社區(qū)一般都存在于比較落后的地區(qū),這些地區(qū)的發(fā)展成為了地方政府和社區(qū)土著居民的難題。為了解決土著知識的保護和土著社區(qū)發(fā)展的矛盾,本文提出土著知識旅游綜合發(fā)展的構(gòu)想。這一構(gòu)想是在總結(jié)分析了旅游者目前熱衷的文化旅游、各地興建旅游綜合體的基礎(chǔ)上,,結(jié)合最新的土著知識旅游理念提出來的。云南翁丁村是目前保存最完好的佤族原始村寨,也是擁有佤族最真實最完整土著知識的村寨,并且翁丁村的地理位置和整體環(huán)境也很適合土著知識旅游綜合開發(fā)這一構(gòu)想的實施。 本文在明慶忠和熊劍鋒等學(xué)者對土著知識旅游研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了土著知識旅游的概念、本質(zhì)和特點,以及與之相關(guān)概念的辨析,系統(tǒng)闡述了土著知識旅游綜合開發(fā)的原則、功能和內(nèi)容。在此基礎(chǔ)分析之上,構(gòu)筑了土著知識旅游綜合體開發(fā)的運作機制,包括土著知識旅游綜合發(fā)展的動力機制、發(fā)展策略和發(fā)展模式三個方面的內(nèi)容。其中,動力機制從內(nèi)動力和外推力兩方面進行了分析;土著知識旅游綜合發(fā)展模式是在對比分析主題公園導(dǎo)向型、生態(tài)休閑導(dǎo)向型和人文文化導(dǎo)向型不同發(fā)展模式的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合土著知識旅游的特點,運用“前臺-帷幕-后臺”理論來構(gòu)建的,本文闡述了該模式的三個發(fā)展階段分別為引導(dǎo)階段、支撐階段和延伸階段,以及整個發(fā)展模式的結(jié)構(gòu)功能;發(fā)展策略從政府與開發(fā)商聯(lián)合開發(fā)、融資機制多元化、運營管理市場化、土著居民高度參與、人才培養(yǎng)靈活化和土著知識的產(chǎn)權(quán)保護六個方面來進行了闡述。 在土著知識旅游綜合體發(fā)展模式構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)分析了翁丁村的基本概況和旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;對應(yīng)發(fā)展模式,提出了實現(xiàn)翁丁村佤族土著知識旅游綜合開發(fā)的策略即通過土著遺產(chǎn)品牌塑造+文化氛圍營造這一途徑來打造核心吸引力中心、文化創(chuàng)意設(shè)計+深度閑居體驗這一途徑來構(gòu)造休閑聚集中心、活態(tài)土著知識展示+項目市場化運營這一途徑來創(chuàng)造延伸發(fā)展中心;然后從產(chǎn)品體系和市場體系兩個方面進行土著知識綜合開發(fā)體系設(shè)計;最后為翁丁村提出具體的發(fā)展途徑和建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of tourism, the tourism market has grown stronger and tourists have become more mature, and the change of tourism motivation and tourism demand have gradually become multi-level and diversified. As a new type of tourism, indigenous knowledge tourism has gradually entered the field of vision of tourists and scholars and become the focus of attention. First, the preservation and transmission of indigenous knowledge as an intangible cultural heritage is essential; and secondly, communities carrying indigenous knowledge generally exist in relatively backward areas, The development of these areas has become a problem for local governments and indigenous communities. In order to solve the contradiction between the protection of indigenous knowledge and the development of indigenous communities, this paper puts forward the concept of comprehensive development of indigenous knowledge tourism. This idea is put forward on the basis of summing up and analyzing the cultural tourism which tourists are keen on and the construction of tourism complex in various places combined with the latest concept of indigenous knowledge tourism. Wongding Village in Yunnan Province is the most well-preserved WA primitive village, and it is also a village with the most authentic and complete indigenous knowledge of the WA people. The geographical location and overall environment of Ondin Village are also suitable for the implementation of the concept of integrated development of indigenous knowledge tourism. Based on the study of indigenous knowledge tourism by Ming Qingzhong and Xiong Jianfeng, this paper analyzes the concept, essence and characteristics of indigenous knowledge tourism, as well as the related concepts, and expounds systematically the principles of comprehensive development of indigenous knowledge tourism. Function and content On the basis of this analysis, this paper constructs the operational mechanism of the development of indigenous knowledge tourism complex, including the motive mechanism of the comprehensive development of indigenous knowledge tourism, the development strategy and the development model of three aspects. Among them, the dynamic mechanism is analyzed from the two aspects of internal power and external thrust. The comprehensive development model of indigenous knowledge tourism is based on the comparative analysis of different development models of theme park oriented, ecological leisure oriented and humanistic cultural oriented. Combined with the characteristics of indigenous knowledge tourism, this paper uses the theory of "front stage, curtain and background" to construct the model. The three stages of development of this model are respectively the leading stage, the supporting stage and the extending stage. The structure and function of the whole development model, the development strategy from the joint development of government and developers, the diversification of financing mechanism, the marketization of operation and management, the high participation of indigenous people, The flexibility of talent training and the property right protection of indigenous knowledge are expounded. On the basis of the construction of the development model of indigenous knowledge tourism complex, this paper systematically analyzes the basic situation of Wentin Village and the present situation of tourism development. This paper puts forward the strategy of realizing the comprehensive development of WA indigenous knowledge tourism in Wentin Village, that is, to create the core attraction center by creating the cultural atmosphere by the indigenous heritage brand.
