【摘要】：隨著我國工業(yè)化和城市化進(jìn)程的加快,城市環(huán)境惡化、道路擁擠、貧富差距、人口密集、就業(yè)壓力等問題也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,生活在城市的人們開始渴望遠(yuǎn)離城市的喧囂和都市的繁華,渴望釋放心中的壓力和心理積郁。貼近自然,返璞歸真是人們最理想追求。 湖南省城步苗族自治縣長安營鄉(xiāng)(以下簡稱“長安營鄉(xiāng)”),位于湖南省與廣西壯族自治區(qū)交界處。境內(nèi)自然風(fēng)光壯美,物產(chǎn)奇特珍稀、地方風(fēng)情濃郁、民族文化古樸、歷史悠久神奇,是城市人們領(lǐng)略鄉(xiāng)村文化、體驗(yàn)農(nóng)村生活、休閑度假的絕佳去處,為城市人們渴求的田園生活提供了一個(gè)良好的實(shí)踐空間。與此同時(shí),也為當(dāng)?shù)芈糜伟l(fā)展帶來了新的機(jī)遇。眾多案例說明,旅游業(yè)是貧困地區(qū)改變貧窮、提升經(jīng)濟(jì)、解決“三農(nóng)”問題的有效方式。2011年世界旅游組織將“旅游——消除貧窮,創(chuàng)造就業(yè)和社會和諧的推動力”定為世界旅游日的主題口號,進(jìn)一步說明了旅游對社會發(fā)展的積極作用。國家旅游局也因勢利導(dǎo)推出一系列關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村旅游的主題年,為我國農(nóng)村旅游的發(fā)展起到推波助瀾的作用。 近年來,長安營鄉(xiāng)通過發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游,在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的改善,農(nóng)民收入的增加,農(nóng)民素質(zhì)的提升等方面取得較好的成績。由于當(dāng)?shù)卣�府�?cái)政基礎(chǔ)相對薄弱,并缺乏對當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)合理的引導(dǎo)和管理,自發(fā)式和粗獷式的開發(fā)模式導(dǎo)致長安營鄉(xiāng)旅游特色不突出、旅游人才缺乏、服務(wù)水平低、旅游產(chǎn)品缺乏規(guī)模效應(yīng)等問題,這些問題從根本上制約了長安營鄉(xiāng)的旅游發(fā)展。 論文在進(jìn)行大量的文獻(xiàn)分析和實(shí)地考察研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對長安營鄉(xiāng)旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析和探討。論文共分五章：第一章,緒論。結(jié)合社會現(xiàn)實(shí),闡述論文的研究背景及研究意義,歸納了國外學(xué)者在鄉(xiāng)村旅游領(lǐng)域研究的主要問題,總結(jié)了我國學(xué)者在鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展研究中的研究成果,對搜集的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理、統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。提出了論文運(yùn)用的研究方法及論文研究的主要內(nèi)容。第二章,介紹了城步縣長安營鄉(xiāng)旅游發(fā)展的條件與現(xiàn)狀。第三章,綜合運(yùn)用學(xué)術(shù)界常用的SWOT分析法,從不同的角度對長安營鄉(xiāng)旅游發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析。第四章,在系統(tǒng)分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從突出地方旅游特色、合理進(jìn)行旅游規(guī)劃、強(qiáng)化旅游宣傳、旅游開發(fā)與環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面提出了長安營鄉(xiāng)旅游發(fā)展的對策和建議。第五章,結(jié)語。對論文的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行回顧與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, the deterioration of the urban environment, road congestion, the gap between the rich and the poor, population density, employment pressure and other problems have emerged as the times require. People living in the city begin to yearn to stay away from the noise and prosperity of the city and to release the pressure and psychological depression in their hearts. Close to nature, return to nature is the most ideal pursuit. Changanying Township, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Hunan Province is located at the junction of Hunan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. The natural scenery in the territory is magnificent, the products are peculiar and rare, the local customs are rich, the national culture is ancient and simple, the history is long and magical, is the city people experience the countryside culture, the experience countryside life, the leisure vacation the perfect place, It provides a good practice space for the pastoral life that the city people yearn for. At the same time, it also brings new opportunities for the development of local tourism. Many cases have shown that tourism is an effective way to change poverty, boost the economy and solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in poor areas. In 2011, the World Tourism Organization will "Tourism-eradicate poverty," The motive force of job creation and social harmony "is chosen as the slogan of World Tourism Day, which further illustrates the positive effect of tourism on social development." The National Tourism Administration has also launched a series of theme years on rural tourism, which contributes to the development of rural tourism in China. In recent years, through the development of rural tourism, Changanying Township has made good achievements in the improvement of infrastructure, the increase of farmers' income and the improvement of farmers' quality. Due to the relatively weak financial foundation of local government and the lack of reasonable guidance and management of local tourism, the spontaneous and rugged mode of development leads to the lack of tourism characteristics, the lack of tourism talents and the low level of service in Changanying Township. The lack of scale effect of tourism products has fundamentally restricted the tourism development of Changanying Township. On the basis of a lot of literature analysis and field investigation, the paper analyzes and discusses the tourism development of Changanying Township. The thesis is divided into five chapters: chapter one, introduction. Combined with the social reality, this paper expounds the research background and significance of the thesis, sums up the main problems of foreign scholars in the field of rural tourism, and summarizes the research results of Chinese scholars in the research of rural tourism development. Combing, statistics and analysis of the collected documents. The research methods and the main contents of the thesis are put forward. The second chapter introduces the conditions and present situation of tourism development in Changanying Township of Chengbu County. The third chapter synthetically uses the SWOT analysis method commonly used in academia to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of tourism development in Changanying Township from different angles. The fourth chapter, on the basis of systematic analysis and research, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the tourism development of ChangAnying Township from the aspects of highlighting the local tourism characteristics, rationally carrying out tourism planning, strengthening tourism propaganda, tourism development and environmental protection, etc. Chapter V, conclusion. The main contents of the paper are reviewed and summarized.
