【摘要】：為解決制造企業(yè)車間在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中物料上線時(shí)間不精準(zhǔn)、配送數(shù)量不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、生產(chǎn)效率低下等問(wèn)題,從物料有效流動(dòng)的角度,提出了一種結(jié)合橫向時(shí)間維度與縱向數(shù)量維度的基于訂單為需求信息的時(shí)間倒排方法來(lái)快速確定車間配送時(shí)區(qū)。從時(shí)間維度與數(shù)量維度的角度對(duì)車間物料需求進(jìn)行研究,以時(shí)間倒排方法研究車間物料配送時(shí)區(qū),通過(guò)建立生產(chǎn)排程模型與數(shù)學(xué)模型來(lái)對(duì)具體的生產(chǎn)開(kāi)始時(shí)間進(jìn)行計(jì)算,合理安排工作人員對(duì)線邊物料進(jìn)行配送,并對(duì)生產(chǎn)線邊物料進(jìn)行配送時(shí)區(qū)的劃分,研發(fā)出生產(chǎn)車間物料配送系統(tǒng)。以某發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)100臺(tái)為例,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)開(kāi)始時(shí)間以40 min為區(qū)間劃分出10個(gè)配送時(shí)區(qū),得出每個(gè)時(shí)區(qū)具體的配送時(shí)間,實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)的配送時(shí)間需求點(diǎn),較好地解決了物料配送時(shí)間交接浪費(fèi)的問(wèn)題。表明對(duì)生產(chǎn)車間線邊物料配送實(shí)行信息化管理,不但提高了生產(chǎn)效率,同時(shí)也有效的支持企業(yè)的生產(chǎn),為后期解決供應(yīng)商到貨時(shí)間問(wèn)題提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as the inaccuracy of material on-line time, the quantity of distribution and the low efficiency of production in the workshop of manufacturing enterprise, the effective flow of materials is considered. A time inversion method based on order information is proposed to quickly determine the time zone of workshop distribution based on the horizontal time dimension and the vertical quantity dimension. The material requirement of workshop is studied from the angle of time dimension and quantity dimension, and the time zone of material distribution in workshop is studied by time inversion method, and the concrete production start time is calculated by establishing production schedule model and mathematical model. Reasonably arrange the staff to distribute the line side material, and divide the distribution time zone of the production line side material, and develop the material distribution system of the production workshop. Taking an engine manufacturing enterprise as an example, according to the starting time of production, 10 distribution time zones are divided into 10 distribution time zones according to the starting time of production, and the specific distribution time of each time zone is obtained, so as to realize accurate distribution time demand points. The waste of material delivery time is well solved. It is shown that the informatization management of material distribution on the line side of the production workshop not only improves the production efficiency, but also effectively supports the production of the enterprise, and provides a reference for solving the problem of the supplier arrival time in the later stage.
