【摘要】：為解決制造企業(yè)車間在生產過程中物料上線時間不精準、配送數量不標準、生產效率低下等問題,從物料有效流動的角度,提出了一種結合橫向時間維度與縱向數量維度的基于訂單為需求信息的時間倒排方法來快速確定車間配送時區(qū)。從時間維度與數量維度的角度對車間物料需求進行研究,以時間倒排方法研究車間物料配送時區(qū),通過建立生產排程模型與數學模型來對具體的生產開始時間進行計算,合理安排工作人員對線邊物料進行配送,并對生產線邊物料進行配送時區(qū)的劃分,研發(fā)出生產車間物料配送系統。以某發(fā)動機制造企業(yè)生產100臺為例,根據生產開始時間以40 min為區(qū)間劃分出10個配送時區(qū),得出每個時區(qū)具體的配送時間,實現精準的配送時間需求點,較好地解決了物料配送時間交接浪費的問題。表明對生產車間線邊物料配送實行信息化管理,不但提高了生產效率,同時也有效的支持企業(yè)的生產,為后期解決供應商到貨時間問題提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as the inaccuracy of material on-line time, the quantity of distribution and the low efficiency of production in the workshop of manufacturing enterprise, the effective flow of materials is considered. A time inversion method based on order information is proposed to quickly determine the time zone of workshop distribution based on the horizontal time dimension and the vertical quantity dimension. The material requirement of workshop is studied from the angle of time dimension and quantity dimension, and the time zone of material distribution in workshop is studied by time inversion method, and the concrete production start time is calculated by establishing production schedule model and mathematical model. Reasonably arrange the staff to distribute the line side material, and divide the distribution time zone of the production line side material, and develop the material distribution system of the production workshop. Taking an engine manufacturing enterprise as an example, according to the starting time of production, 10 distribution time zones are divided into 10 distribution time zones according to the starting time of production, and the specific distribution time of each time zone is obtained, so as to realize accurate distribution time demand points. The waste of material delivery time is well solved. It is shown that the informatization management of material distribution on the line side of the production workshop not only improves the production efficiency, but also effectively supports the production of the enterprise, and provides a reference for solving the problem of the supplier arrival time in the later stage.
