基于機(jī)器視覺的精油灌裝系統(tǒng)測控裝置研制

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人類生活水平的提高,人們對精油類的保健產(chǎn)品需求量不斷增加,由于精油產(chǎn)品提煉過程復(fù)雜、價(jià)格昂貴且揮發(fā)性很強(qiáng),所以對灌裝系統(tǒng)的性能提出了更高的要求。論文在了解國內(nèi)外灌裝設(shè)備發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)對灌裝系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、灌裝精度檢測、容器缺陷檢測、系統(tǒng)電氣控制等方面展開研究,其主要內(nèi)容如下:首先,論文根據(jù)精油灌裝機(jī)的工藝要求進(jìn)行了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)對精油灌裝機(jī)的理瓶、傳送、灌裝、加內(nèi)塞、旋外蓋等機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了工藝設(shè)計(jì),在灌裝設(shè)備上安裝了光電傳感器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了有無合格灌裝容器和有無合格內(nèi)塞等檢測功能,確保了灌裝系統(tǒng)在持續(xù)運(yùn)行下的高效、穩(wěn)定性。其次,提出基于機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)的灌裝液位檢測方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的灌裝精度檢測。論文確定了相機(jī)型號、分析了影響鏡頭參數(shù)的因素,并對比了不同光源對實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境的影響。采集到的灌裝液位圖像傳輸?shù)絇C機(jī)后,采用HALCON軟件對液面高度進(jìn)行分析、對比,由此判斷產(chǎn)品的灌裝精度是否符合預(yù)期要求。再次,提出采用機(jī)器視覺系統(tǒng)檢測灌裝瓶缺陷的方案。利用視覺系統(tǒng)的CCD傳感器分別采集灌裝前的精油瓶瓶口和瓶身圖像,根據(jù)瓶口和瓶身圖像的特點(diǎn),利用圖像處理技術(shù)將缺陷部分提取出來,然后利用邊緣檢測技術(shù)把缺陷圖像與背景分離,從而檢測出存在缺陷的瓶子,判斷缺陷類型進(jìn)而用踢瓶機(jī)構(gòu)剔除。最后,設(shè)計(jì)了采用PLC作為控制器的灌裝機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行了硬件配置、控制器及其各個(gè)模塊單元的選型,根據(jù)預(yù)期的控制方案確定可編程控制器I/0口數(shù)量,并進(jìn)行定義。利用觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)接口設(shè)計(jì),充分發(fā)揮觸摸屏的優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)灌裝機(jī)的控制操作。論文設(shè)計(jì)的灌裝系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、檢測手段先進(jìn)、界面友好,可廣泛應(yīng)用在精油、香水、口服液等小劑量灌裝場合。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy and the improvement of human living standards, the demand for essential oils for health care products is increasing. Because of the complexity of the refining process of essential oil products, the prices are expensive and volatile. Therefore, the performance of filling system put forward higher requirements. On the basis of understanding the present situation of filling equipment at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the mechanical structure design, filling precision detection, vessel defect detection, system electrical control and so on. The main contents are as follows: first, The mechanical structure is designed according to the technological requirements of essential oil filling machine. The mechanical structure of essential oil filling machine, such as flask arrangement, transmission, filling, internal plug, rotary cover and so on, is mainly designed. Photoelectric sensors are installed on the filling equipment to realize the functions of testing whether there are qualified filling containers or not, and whether there are qualified inner plugs, etc. This ensures the high efficiency and stability of the filling system under continuous operation. Secondly, the filling level detection method based on machine vision technology is put forward. In this paper, the model of camera is determined, the factors influencing lens parameters are analyzed, and the influence of different light sources on the experimental environment is compared. After the collected filling level image was transferred to PC, the height of liquid level was analyzed by HALCON software, and compared to determine whether the filling accuracy of the product met the expected requirements. Thirdly, the scheme of using machine vision system to detect filling bottle defects is put forward. The CCD sensor of the visual system is used to collect the images of the bottle mouth and the bottle body before filling respectively. According to the characteristics of the bottle mouth and the bottle body image, the defect part is extracted by the image processing technology. Then the defect image is separated from the background by edge detection technology, and the defective bottle is detected, the defect type is judged, and the bottle kicking mechanism is used to remove the defect. Finally, the electrical control system of filling machine using PLC as controller is designed. According to the design requirements of the control system, the hardware configuration, the selection of the controller and each module unit are carried out, and the number of I / 0 ports of the programmable controller is determined and defined according to the expected control scheme. The man-machine interface design is realized by using touch screen, and the advantages of touch screen are brought into full play, and the control operation of filling machine is realized. The filling system designed in this paper has the advantages of compact structure, advanced testing method and friendly interface. It can be widely used in small dosage filling fields such as essential oil, perfume, oral liquid and so on.
