基于情景感知的移動應(yīng)用用戶體驗設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物理傳感器與通信信息高速發(fā)展的時代,移動應(yīng)用向以人為中心的情景感知移動應(yīng)用發(fā)展是必然趨勢。移動應(yīng)用作為人與智能設(shè)備交互的媒介,它的用戶體驗和可用性受到用戶、智能終端和環(huán)境等多種復(fù)雜的情景因素的影響。傳統(tǒng)的智能終端的移動應(yīng)用大多都是使用單一邏輯對所有用戶進行的統(tǒng)一設(shè)計,基本很少甚至沒有考慮到情景因素對用戶使用和移動應(yīng)用的影響,已經(jīng)不能滿足用戶越來越多變得需求;谇榫案兄囊苿討(yīng)用用戶體驗設(shè)計,將情景因素作為一個重要的因素,納入應(yīng)用的設(shè)計開發(fā)流程中,并通過用戶體驗設(shè)計的相關(guān)知識對情景因素進行合理的信息交互和界面呈現(xiàn),在不增加用戶操作負(fù)擔(dān)的前提下實現(xiàn)應(yīng)用對情景變化的主動感知,提高了用戶操作效率,提高應(yīng)用程序的可用性和用戶滿意度。 本文主要研究了基于情景感知的移動應(yīng)用用戶體驗設(shè)計。通過對情景感知相關(guān)概念、體系、相關(guān)技術(shù)和用戶體驗設(shè)計相關(guān)知識的理論基礎(chǔ)研究,創(chuàng)造性的提出了基于情景感知的移動應(yīng)用用戶體驗設(shè)計模型,并進行設(shè)計實踐驗證與評估。 本文提出的基于情景感知的移動應(yīng)用用戶體驗設(shè)計模型將情景感知移動應(yīng)用設(shè)計分為五個層次:目標(biāo)需求層、功能設(shè)計層、信息交互層、界面呈現(xiàn)層、評估反饋層。每個層次完成各自階段的用戶體驗任務(wù),在目標(biāo)需求層和功能設(shè)計層,將情景因素納入產(chǎn)品的概念設(shè)計中,考慮各個情景下,產(chǎn)品應(yīng)該如何反應(yīng)和反饋;并在信息交互層、界面呈現(xiàn)層和評估反饋層中,體現(xiàn)情景因素在產(chǎn)品邏輯和判斷反饋以及界面呈現(xiàn)中的關(guān)鍵影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合“移動WIFI通”對設(shè)計模型進行設(shè)計實踐和評估,結(jié)果表明,用戶對于移動WIFI通的情景感知功能的滿意度較高,用戶操作效率提高,從而驗證了本文提出的基于情景感知的移動應(yīng)用用戶體驗設(shè)計模型的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of mobile Internet, physical sensors and communication information, it is an inevitable trend for mobile applications to develop to human-centered situational awareness mobile applications. As the medium of interaction between human beings and smart devices, mobile applications are influenced by many complicated situational factors such as users, intelligent terminals and environments. Most of the mobile applications of traditional intelligent terminals are unified design for all users using a single logic, and the influence of scenario factors on users' use and mobile applications is rarely or even not taken into account. More and more users have been unable to meet their needs. The user experience design of mobile application based on situational perception takes the situational factor as an important factor into the design and development process of the application. And through the relevant knowledge of user experience design, the scene factors can be reasonably interacted and interface presented, and the active perception of the scene change can be realized without increasing the operating burden of the user, and the user operation efficiency can be improved. Improve application usability and user satisfaction. This paper mainly studies the user experience design of mobile applications based on situational awareness. Based on the research of the related concepts, systems, technologies and the related knowledge of user experience design, this paper creatively proposes a model of user experience design for mobile applications based on situational perception. And design practice validation and evaluation. The user experience design model of mobile applications based on situational awareness proposed in this paper divides the design of situation-aware mobile applications into five levels: target requirements layer, functional design layer, information interaction layer, interface presentation layer, evaluation feedback layer. Each level completes the user experience task of its own stage, in the target requirement layer and the function design layer, the scene factor is included in the conceptual design of the product, considering how the product should react and feedback under each scenario, and in the information interaction layer, In the interface presentation layer and the evaluation feedback layer, the key influence of situational factors in product logic, judgment feedback and interface presentation is reflected. On this basis, the design model is designed and evaluated in combination with "Mobile WIFI Communication". The results show that the users are satisfied with the situational awareness function of mobile WIFI communication, and the user operation efficiency is improved. Thus, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed design model of mobile application user experience based on situational awareness are verified.
