端部質(zhì)量對有無損傷懸臂梁的模態(tài)影響分析

【摘要】:工程實(shí)際中許多結(jié)構(gòu)可簡化為端部帶有集中質(zhì)量的懸臂梁,筆者通過數(shù)值模擬軟件建立了端部帶有集中質(zhì)量的懸臂梁有限元模型,并進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析.研究了端部集中質(zhì)量的改變對懸臂梁固有頻率的影響,同時(shí)建立帶有I型裂紋的懸臂梁(端部帶有集中質(zhì)量與不帶有集中質(zhì)量兩種)模型,改變裂紋的位置和深度,研究了裂紋深度和裂紋位置對懸臂梁的頻率變化規(guī)律.通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn),裂紋越靠近端部對梁的頻率影響越小,集中質(zhì)量對帶有裂紋懸臂梁固有頻率有一定的影響.
[Abstract]:In engineering practice, many structures can be simplified to cantilever beam with concentrated mass at the end. The finite element model of cantilever beam with concentrated mass at the end is established by numerical simulation software. The influence of the change of the end mass on the natural frequency of the cantilever beam is studied, and the model of the cantilever beam with mode I crack (with and without the concentrated mass at the end part) is established. The effect of crack depth and crack position on the frequency of cantilever beam is studied by changing the location and depth of crack. It is found that the closer the crack is to the end, the less the influence on the frequency of cantilever beam is. The concentrated mass has a certain influence on the natural frequency of cantilever beam with cracks.
