【摘要】：介紹靜電濾油機(jī)和平衡電荷式濾油機(jī)的原理和特點,探討2種濾油機(jī)在油壓機(jī)、盾構(gòu)機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)、水電站液壓油站、火電廠透平系統(tǒng)、船用電控柴油機(jī)潤滑油系統(tǒng)上的應(yīng)用,并分析2種濾油機(jī)在實際應(yīng)用中存在的問題。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,靜電濾油機(jī)和平衡電荷式濾油機(jī)過濾精度高,能有效去除油液中的亞微米級顆粒物,對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)形成的油泥、漆膜及膠質(zhì)狀污垢清洗剝離效果良好。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of electrostatic oil filter and balanced charge oil filter, and discusses the hydraulic system of two kinds of oil filter in hydraulic press, shield machine, hydraulic oil station of hydropower station and turbine system of thermal power plant. The application of marine electronic control diesel engine lubricating oil system and the problems existing in the practical application of two kinds of oil filters are analyzed. The application results show that the filtering accuracy of electrostatic filter and balanced charge type oil filter is high. It can effectively remove submicron particles from the oil, and has a good effect on cleaning and stripping the oil mud, paint film and colloid dirt formed in the system.
