【摘要】：目的為促進(jìn)緩沖材料的組合應(yīng)用,對材料不同組合形式的等效緩沖性能進(jìn)行研究。方法利用緩沖包裝設(shè)計的理論和知識體系進(jìn)行公式推導(dǎo)。結(jié)果疊置及并置組合后,等效緩沖系數(shù)取值區(qū)域介于2種組合材料緩沖系數(shù)之間;組合等效緩沖系數(shù)公式以不同材料的緩沖性能參數(shù)及比例參數(shù)表達(dá)。結(jié)論推導(dǎo)過程沒有對材料模型進(jìn)行假設(shè),該組合等效緩沖系數(shù)公式具有較強(qiáng)的普適性。該等效緩沖系數(shù)公式的提出為組合緩沖襯墊設(shè)計及不同種類緩沖材料的合理使用提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For the purpose of promoting the combination of buffer material, studied the equivalent buffer performance of materials of different combinations. By using the method of theory and the knowledge system of cushioning packaging design formula. The superposition and juxtaposition of combinations, equivalent coefficient between 2 kinds of buffer area group composite buffer coefficient; combination of equivalent buffer coefficient formula in order to buffer performance parameters and scale parameter of different materials. Conclusion the analytical procedure is carried out without assumptions on the material model, the combination of the equivalent buffer coefficient formula has strong universality. The equivalent buffer coefficient formula provides a basis for the rational use of a combination of cushion design and different kinds of buffer material.
