【摘要】：[目的/意義]結(jié)合當(dāng)前智庫建設(shè)在政府公共決策咨詢中的作用,論證智庫保持獨立地位的必要性,擬為政府提供決策參考。[方法/過程]運用理論推演方法,界定了智庫的內(nèi)涵,追溯了智庫的發(fā)展歷史,解析了智庫獨立屬性的內(nèi)涵,分析了智庫保持獨立屬性的理論基礎(chǔ),探討了智庫保持獨立屬性的動因,提出了我國新型智庫建設(shè)的選擇路徑。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]我國必須建設(shè)具有中國特色的新型智庫,圍繞"服務(wù)于黨"這一宗旨,為執(zhí)政黨提供高質(zhì)量的決策咨詢與智能支持服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] combined with the function of the current think-tank construction in the government's public decision-making consultation, the necessity of maintaining the independent position of the think-tank is demonstrated, which is intended to provide the government with a reference for decision-making. [method / process] the connotation of think-tank is defined, the history of development of think-tank is traced back, the connotation of independent attribute of think-tank is analyzed, and the theoretical basis of independent attribute of think-tank is analyzed. This paper discusses the motivation of keeping independent attributes of think-tanks, and puts forward the alternative path for the construction of new think-tanks in China. [results / conclusion] China must build a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics to provide high quality decision-making consultation and intelligent support services for the ruling party around the aim of "serving the Party of China".
