【摘要】：隨著組織時間研究的深入,深刻剖析組織管理研究中的時間透鏡及其維度和屬性非常必要�；�于此,首先從現(xiàn)象、視角、變量和方法層面,指出時間透鏡對于組織管理研究的獨特價值;其次,厘清"時間"的結構維度和闡釋維度,以及每個維度下的兩個子維度,并考察不同維度及子維度之間的互動關系;再次,考察不同時間維度下的時間屬性,及其相關研究;最后,對組織管理研究中時間透鏡的運用進行展望,以期為"時間"視角在組織管理研究中的理論分析和實證研究奠定基礎。
[Abstract]:With the development of organizational time research, it is necessary to deeply analyze the time lens, its dimensions and attributes in the research of organizational management. Based on this, we first point out the unique value of the time lens to the study of organizational management from the aspects of phenomena, perspectives, variables and methods; secondly, we clarify the structural and explanatory dimensions of "time" and the two sub-dimensions under each dimension. And examine the interaction between different dimensions and sub-dimensions; thirdly, examine the time attributes under different time dimensions, and related research; finally, the use of time lens in the study of organizational management is prospected. In order to lay a foundation for the theoretical analysis and empirical research of time perspective in organizational management research.
