【摘要】: 目前,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)獲得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但是隨著物流環(huán)境的日趨復(fù)雜化與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,物流企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)的過(guò)程中面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素也日益增加,已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展壯大的主要障礙之一。物流作為高速發(fā)展的新型行業(yè)和一項(xiàng)龐大的系統(tǒng)工程,其行業(yè)特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)決定了物流行業(yè)較一般行業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)種類(lèi)更多、影響更大。采用科學(xué)的方法對(duì)物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),可為物流企業(yè)的決策者提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。對(duì)于不可避免的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),根據(jù)企業(yè)自身的承受能力和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)應(yīng)的收益進(jìn)行取舍,可以為物流企業(yè)及企業(yè)所處的整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理奠定基礎(chǔ),提高物流企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然而,我國(guó)目前對(duì)物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究處于初級(jí)階段,對(duì)于物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)缺乏全面的認(rèn)識(shí),尚未形成有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制。因此對(duì)物流企業(yè)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)并提出應(yīng)對(duì)措施,具有十分重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先從第三方物流企業(yè)及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的含義入手,介紹了物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基本理論,包括風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因、特征及運(yùn)動(dòng)形式,接著在對(duì)物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行深入而細(xì)致地調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)廣泛征求專(zhuān)家學(xué)者的意見(jiàn),針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況,從財(cái)務(wù)、環(huán)境、管理和能力四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并且考慮物流行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用DHGF綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論,建立了完整的物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型。然后,分析和比較各種常用指標(biāo)權(quán)重確定方法的優(yōu)劣性,結(jié)合層次分析法和熵值法的各自?xún)?yōu)點(diǎn),用主客觀(guān)相結(jié)合的方法確定指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,根據(jù)所得到數(shù)據(jù)資料,并結(jié)合實(shí)例加以驗(yàn)證。最后研究了第三方物流企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制問(wèn)題,對(duì)不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了分類(lèi)控制方法和控制措施。 本文的研究成果,可以使物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、財(cái)務(wù)等部門(mén)方便的了解目前公司經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的總體狀況,可使公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們從宏觀(guān)上掌握公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)情況,對(duì)影響風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的敏感因素進(jìn)行管理調(diào)控。通過(guò)對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的趨勢(shì)分析,可使主管部門(mén)從宏觀(guān)上了解公司的趨勢(shì)走向,從而建立預(yù)防對(duì)策,防患于未然,減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事故的發(fā)生,減少財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,建立一個(gè)更安全可靠的物流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:At present, the logistics industry in China has achieved considerable development, but with the increasingly complex logistics environment and increasingly fierce competition, logistics enterprises in the process of operating risk factors are also increasing. Logistics, as a new industry and a huge system engineering, has become one of the main obstacles to the further development of enterprises. The trend of development determines that the logistics industry has more types of risks than the general industry, and has a greater impact. A scientific method is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the risks of logistics enterprises. It can provide a scientific basis for the decision makers of logistics enterprises. For the inevitable risks, according to the enterprise's own ability to bear the risk and the corresponding income to choose and choose. It can lay a foundation for the whole supply chain risk management of logistics enterprises and improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises. However, the research on risk management of logistics enterprises in our country is in the primary stage. There is a lack of comprehensive understanding of the risks of logistics enterprises, and an effective risk management mechanism has not yet been formed. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the risks of logistics enterprises and put forward countermeasures. This paper begins with the meaning of the third party logistics enterprise and its risk, introduces the basic theory of the logistics enterprise risk, including the cause of formation, the characteristic and the movement form of the risk. Then on the basis of in-depth and meticulous investigation and research on the risk system of logistics enterprises, through the extensive consultation of experts and scholars, aiming at the risk situation of the evaluation object, from the financial, the environment. Four aspects of management and capacity of risk evaluation index system, and considering the characteristics of the logistics industry, the use of DHGF comprehensive evaluation theory, the establishment of a complete logistics enterprise risk assessment model. This paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various commonly used index weight determination methods and combines the advantages of AHP and entropy method to determine the weight of the index by the combination of subjective and objective methods and according to the obtained data. Finally, the risk control problem of the third party logistics enterprises is studied, and the classified control methods and control measures for different risks are put forward. The research results of this paper can make the logistics enterprise management, finance and other departments to understand the overall situation of the company's operational risks, so that the company's leaders from the macro grasp of corporate risk. Through the analysis of the trend of management risk, the competent department can understand the trend of the company from the macro level, and then establish the preventive measures to prevent the trouble in the early stages. Reduce risk accidents, reduce property losses, and establish a more secure logistics risk management system.
