【摘要】:正平臺模式創(chuàng)新發(fā)展正從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)逐步向傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸,企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的變化已開始推動傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)重新思考在價值鏈中的定位,從而嘗試擁抱平臺轉(zhuǎn)型。近年來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和高科技領(lǐng)域的平臺企業(yè)快速崛起,迅速擴張的客戶規(guī)模、優(yōu)化完善的客戶體驗、不斷推陳出新的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新以及更新迭代的盈利模式,在顯著提升企業(yè)運營效率的同時,有力推動了商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新演化,給整個產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來顛覆性的變化。阿里通過電商平臺高效搭建了連接商家和消費者之間的橋梁,蘋果借助App Store平臺提供了用戶與各種應(yīng)用、音樂等內(nèi)容交互,滴滴則
[Abstract]:The innovation and development of the positive platform mode is gradually extending from the Internet industry to the traditional industry.
