X國(guó)有化工企業(yè)技術(shù)人才離職原因分析及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:飛速發(fā)展的科技和新型技術(shù)的運(yùn)用使各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展節(jié)奏變的異常之快,要想緊跟時(shí)代發(fā)展腳步適應(yīng)社會(huì)新潮流,企業(yè)就必須保證自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而在激烈的市場(chǎng)角逐中立于不敗之地。總言之,企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力就是——人才。而對(duì)于國(guó)有化工企業(yè)來說技術(shù)人才掌握著企業(yè)的核心技術(shù),是企業(yè)得以發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,他們是企業(yè)安全、長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的護(hù)航者,一旦他們出現(xiàn)離職潮極有可能迫使企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中斷,從而導(dǎo)致企業(yè)停產(chǎn)。因此,技術(shù)人才掌握著國(guó)有化工企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的命脈。X國(guó)有化工企業(yè)培養(yǎng)出一名合格技術(shù)人才一般得花費(fèi)3年時(shí)間,這就導(dǎo)致企業(yè)必須在他們身上投入大量的培訓(xùn)成本。這些人具有豐富的實(shí)踐、技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識(shí)。因此,他們的離職會(huì)對(duì)X國(guó)有化工企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行造成沉重打擊。本文以X國(guó)有化工企業(yè)為研究背景,以其技術(shù)人才離職現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論的學(xué)習(xí)和探索,分析產(chǎn)生該現(xiàn)狀的原因,從而有針對(duì)性的提出留住技術(shù)人才的對(duì)策。最后希望本文能為降低X國(guó)有化工企業(yè)及其它國(guó)有化工企業(yè)技術(shù)人才離職率提供一定的參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology and the use of new technologies make the pace of development of various industries become unusually fast. In order to keep up with the pace of development of the times and adapt to the new social trends, enterprises must ensure their core competitiveness. Thus in the fierce market competition in an invincible position. In short, the core competitiveness of enterprises is-talent. For state-owned chemical enterprises, technical personnel hold the core technology of the enterprise and are the backbone of the development of the enterprise. They are the escort for the safe, long-term and stable operation of the enterprise. A wave of departures is highly likely to force a halt in production, leading to a shutdown. Therefore, it takes three years for the technical talents to master the lifeblood of the survival and development of the state-owned chemical enterprises. X the state-owned chemical enterprises usually take three years to cultivate a qualified technical personnel, which leads to the enterprises have to invest a lot of training costs on them. These people have a wealth of practice, technical experience and systematic expertise. As a result, their departure will cause a heavy blow to the stable operation of X-state-owned chemical enterprises. In this paper, taking X state-owned chemical enterprise as the research background, taking the current situation of the turnover of technical talents as the research object, combining with the study and exploration of relevant theories, this paper analyzes the causes of the present situation, and then puts forward the countermeasures of retaining technical talents. Finally, it is hoped that this paper can provide some reference and reference for reducing the turnover rate of technical talents in X state-owned chemical enterprises and other state-owned chemical enterprises.
