【摘要】：介紹了中國(guó)平煤神馬能源化工集團(tuán)"3+2"可持續(xù)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式的主要特點(diǎn)為:以獨(dú)立項(xiàng)目為基礎(chǔ)的"點(diǎn)循環(huán)",以相關(guān)產(chǎn)品鏈延伸為主體的"線循環(huán)",以園區(qū)多項(xiàng)目集中循環(huán)重復(fù)利用為平臺(tái)的"面循環(huán)";一方面是放大節(jié)能減排中的資源功能,另一方面在礦區(qū)環(huán)境保護(hù)中注重建設(shè)生態(tài)文明。指出當(dāng)前循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中存在的問題是:各產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)相對(duì)獨(dú)立,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)之間缺少統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃;部分產(chǎn)品及園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不長(zhǎng),造成產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈下游企業(yè)多,產(chǎn)品缺少競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;項(xiàng)目資金需求量大,融資難度大,融資問題成為企業(yè)發(fā)展一大瓶頸。并針對(duì)存在的問題提出了自己的看法和建議。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the main characteristics of "32" sustainable development cycle economy model of China Pingshan Shenma Energy Chemical Group Group: "point cycle" based on independent project, "line cycle" with the extension of related product chain as the main body, and more parks. The centralized recycling of the project is the "surface cycle" of the platform; on the one hand, it is to enlarge the resource function in energy saving and emission reduction. On the other hand, attention should be paid to the construction of ecological civilization in the environmental protection of mining areas. It is pointed out that the problems existing in the current development of circular economy are: the relative independence of the industrial parks, the lack of unified planning among the industrial parks, the short length of some products and the industrial chain of the parks, resulting in more downstream enterprises in the industrial chain and the lack of competitiveness of the products; The project capital demand is big, the financing difficulty is big, the financing question becomes a big bottleneck in the enterprise development. At the same time, the author puts forward his own views and suggestions in view of the existing problems.
