【摘要】：意大利語(yǔ)中有"Araldica"一詞,意為紋章學(xué),是專門(mén)研究家族/貴族的盾徽的學(xué)問(wèn),發(fā)展到今天,也是研究徽章、紋章的學(xué)問(wèn),其中也包括了對(duì)榮譽(yù)勛章的研究。1951年3月3日,意大利頒布了第178號(hào)法律,設(shè)立最高國(guó)家級(jí)別的榮譽(yù)勛章"共和國(guó)榮譽(yù)勛章",并專門(mén)建立頒勛會(huì)主持勛章授予工作。本文在簡(jiǎn)要回顧了意大利功勛榮譽(yù)制度的沿革后,分別從勛章的管理機(jī)構(gòu)、法律文件、一般授勛程序、勛章裝飾的佩戴與管理辦法等方面全面介紹了意大利共和國(guó)國(guó)家榮譽(yù)勛章,并對(duì)其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:There is the word "Araldica" in Italian, meaning heraldry, which is the study of the coat of arms of the family / nobility, which has developed to this day, as well as the study of badges and heraldry, which also includes the study of the Medal of Honor. Italy promulgated Law No. 178 establishing the Medal of Honor of the Republic, at the highest national level, and a special concierge to preside over the award of the Medal. After a brief review of the evolution of the Italian meritorious service system, this paper reviews the administrative organs, legal documents, and general procedures for the award of medals. This paper introduces the National Medal of Honor of the Republic of Italy and summarizes its characteristics.
