【摘要】：本論文首先分析了企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)面臨的法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn);其次對(duì)企業(yè)防范安全生產(chǎn)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行法律經(jīng)濟(jì)分析;再次,提出防范企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施;最后,提出企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)事故的防范措施。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the legal risks faced by enterprises in production safety; secondly, carries on legal and economic analysis on the prevention of legal risks in production safety; thirdly, puts forward the measures to prevent the legal risks of production safety in enterprises; finally, puts forward the measures to prevent the legal risks of production safety in enterprises. This paper puts forward the preventive measures for the accidents of production safety in enterprises.
