【摘要】：正[基本案情]2014年某月某日19時許,北京市某區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村道路上發(fā)生一起交通事故,造成一人當(dāng)場死亡,一人受傷,昏迷不醒。事故發(fā)生后,民警接到路人報警后及時趕到現(xiàn)場并起獲肇事車輛部分車輛碎片,經(jīng)檢驗碎片系起亞牌轎車遺留。通過查看事發(fā)路段監(jiān)控錄像,證實案發(fā)時段僅有一輛牌號為冀G5×2×的灰色起亞越野車經(jīng)過,經(jīng)調(diào)查該車主系犯罪嫌疑人付某某所有,后民警將付某某傳喚至交通支隊。到案后付某某初期
[Abstract]:At about 19:00 on a certain day in 2014, a traffic accident occurred on a rural road in a district of Beijing, killing one person on the spot, injuring one person and not waking up. After the accident, the police arrived at the scene in time after receiving the alarm from passers-by and picked up some vehicle fragments of the vehicle involved.
