　　詞匯復(fù)現(xiàn)是詞匯銜接的重要組成部分,是實現(xiàn)語篇連貫的重要手段。從二十世紀(jì)六十年代起,銜接理論就一直受到語言學(xué)界和翻譯界的關(guān)注。眾多語言學(xué)家已對語篇銜接理論進(jìn)行研究,并力圖找出銜接與連貫的關(guān)系及其在語篇生成中的地位。其中最為著名的是澳大利亞的韓禮德和哈桑(1976),英國候義(1991),以及中國的胡壯麟(1994),朱永生(2001),廖秋忠(1992)。然而,國內(nèi)外對銜接理論中詞匯銜接中的詞匯復(fù)現(xiàn)描述得不多,尤其是在翻譯過程中,如何把握和運用銜接手段方面的討論還顯得不夠,對于在法律文本中漢英詞匯銜接手段的差異及其翻譯策略的研究同樣顯得不夠系統(tǒng)和完善。 鑒于此,本文綜合了韓禮德、哈桑、候義和胡壯麟的銜接理論基礎(chǔ),將詞匯銜接中的詞匯復(fù)現(xiàn)分為重復(fù)詞復(fù)現(xiàn)、同義詞/近義詞復(fù)現(xiàn)、上下義詞復(fù)現(xiàn)和反義詞復(fù)現(xiàn)四種。這四種復(fù)現(xiàn)在漢英合同翻譯中有不同的運用。本文試圖通過大量的語料對比,綜合語言學(xué)理論、對比語言學(xué)理論、法律語言學(xué)以及翻譯理論,探討漢英合同翻譯中詞匯復(fù)現(xiàn)的差異,通過具體的漢英合同對比分析,探究漢英合同翻譯中詞匯復(fù)現(xiàn)差異的文體因素和文化因素。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了漢英合同翻譯中詞匯復(fù)現(xiàn)的翻譯策略,以...
