　　本研究將翻譯過程實證研究與法律文本中的長句翻譯研究相結合,以MTI專業(yè)學生的翻譯活動為例,考察和分析了英文商務合同長句的翻譯過程與翻譯策略。本研究采用多元論證的研究方法,在數據收集過程中,以有聲思維法為主,輔之以屏幕記錄法（軟件:BB Flashback Pro 5）和問卷調查法;在數據分析過程中,采用定性與定量相結合的混合分析模式,并輔之以譯文質量分析。通過定性分析,本研究發(fā)現,MTI專業(yè)學生在英文商務合同長句的翻譯過程中會遇到詞匯理解、句法理解和譯文生成三方面的問題,其中句法理解被視為翻譯過程中最難解決的問題。此外,譯者的翻譯過程在宏觀上經歷了原文分析和初譯、句式重構、譯文復核三個階段,每個階段在微觀上又表現為各翻譯策略的組合。本研究共發(fā)現英文商務合同長句翻譯過程中的17種翻譯策略和5種翻譯策略組合模式。通過定量分析,本研究發(fā)現,譯者使用頻率最高的前三種翻譯策略為:直覺判斷、詞匯分析、比較和選擇,這說明MTI專業(yè)學生更傾向于以詞匯為單位漢譯商務合同長句。在句式重構階段,譯者使用頻率最高的前三種翻譯策略是切分、回溯和修改,并運用包孕、倒置、分離等策略解決具體層面的句式翻譯問題。通過譯...
