【摘要】：質譜在法庭科學毒物毒品分析領域發(fā)揮著重要的作用,伴隨著離子源的發(fā)展,常壓敞開式離子化技術已成為近些年研究的熱點之一。就毒物毒品的檢驗鑒定而言,對生物檢材樣品的前處理已成為分析技術發(fā)展的瓶頸問題。本文就DART-MS技術在毒物毒品分析領域的應用展開評述。
[Abstract]:Mass spectrometry plays an important role in the field of toxicant and drug analysis in forensic science. With the development of ion sources, atmospheric pressure open ionization technology has become one of the hot research topics in recent years. As far as the inspection and identification of toxic drugs is concerned, the pretreatment of biological samples has become a bottleneck in the development of analytical techniques. This paper reviews the application of DART-MS technology in the field of toxicological drug analysis.
