【摘要】：在國家宏觀政策的調(diào)整下,公安院校公安學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的入警比例于2015年得到明顯提升。相比之下,政法院校公安學(xué)專業(yè)的招生與就業(yè)受到?jīng)_擊,部分政法院校公安學(xué)專業(yè)就業(yè)率顯著下滑。政法院校作為發(fā)展公安學(xué)專業(yè)教育的傳統(tǒng)及優(yōu)勢(shì)力量之一,具有鮮明的特色,但在學(xué)生的供求關(guān)系失衡的情況下應(yīng)及時(shí)做出調(diào)整。通過分析政法院校公安教育專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)特色,比較與公安院校公安學(xué)專業(yè)在就業(yè)率等方面存在的差異,分析出發(fā)展困境的原因,整合出促進(jìn)政法院校公安學(xué)專業(yè)發(fā)展的合理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of national macro-policy, the proportion of police graduates of public security colleges and universities has been obviously increased in 2015. In contrast, the enrollment and employment of public security major in political and legal colleges and universities are affected, and the employment rate of public security major in some political and legal colleges has declined significantly. As one of the traditional and advantageous forces in the development of public security education, political and legal colleges and universities have distinct characteristics, but they should adjust in time when the relationship between supply and demand of students is out of balance. By analyzing the characteristics of personnel training of public security education in political and legal colleges, and comparing the differences with the employment rate of public security majors in public security colleges and universities, the reasons for the difficulties in development are analyzed. Integrate the reasonable mechanism to promote the development of the public security science major in the political and legal colleges and universities.
