【摘要】：潮濕客體表面潛在手印的顯現(xiàn)是物證檢驗(yàn)鑒定過程中所面臨的一大難題,利用無毒害的生物染色試劑酸性紅94結(jié)合相轉(zhuǎn)移催化劑對(duì)潮濕客體表面潛在手印進(jìn)行了顯現(xiàn)研究。通過大量樣本實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了顯現(xiàn)試劑的最佳配方、最佳適用條件、靈敏度以及不同客體、不同浸泡時(shí)間對(duì)顯現(xiàn)效果的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法靈敏度高,顯現(xiàn)手印紋線清晰連貫、與背景反差明顯。當(dāng)酸性紅94濃度為5 mmol/L時(shí),其顯現(xiàn)效果最佳,對(duì)于水中浸泡50小時(shí)以上的客體仍然能表現(xiàn)出良好的顯現(xiàn)效果。
[Abstract]:The appearance of potential hand prints on wet object surface is a difficult problem in the process of physical evidence examination and identification. The appearance of potential hand prints on wet object surface is studied by using non-toxic acid red 94 as a biolayer combined with phase transfer catalyst. Through a large number of sample experiments, the effects of the optimum formulation, optimum conditions, sensitivity, different guest and different soaking time on the effect of the display reagent were investigated. The experimental results show that the method has high sensitivity, clear and coherent fingerprint lines, and obvious contrast with background. When the concentration of acid red 94 is 5 mmol / L, the effect of acid red 94 is the best, and it can still show good effect for the guest immersed in water for more than 50 hours.
