　　 文章的研究對象是國際商事仲裁公約,這一法規(guī)在解決國際貿(mào)易爭議中的作用是非常顯著的,因為它保證了各國在重要貿(mào)易中的國際承認和執(zhí)行裁決的高度統(tǒng)一性。 作為法律語言的一部分,國際商事仲裁公約的語言特點具有高度的正式性,精確性,嚴謹性。作為一種特殊的語體,它有著自身的語言特征和形式。因此,對它的分析和研究具有一定的理論意義和實用價值。本文對原版仲裁公約語料進行了較細致的分析,總結(jié)出了國際商事仲裁公約詞匯的一些基本特征。 文章收集了十七篇原版的國際仲裁公約,并根據(jù)時間跨度抽取其中的三篇作為樣本進行分析研究。文中首先介紹了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及理論背景知識,然后考察了樣本中詞匯的詞頻,比例及其整體特點,繼而針對名詞化,詞匯銜接,特色詞匯等三部分分別進行了深入的研究并總結(jié)出了顯著的詞匯特點。 通過對于國際商事仲裁法詞匯的研究,可以使從事國際商事活動的人員更好地理解法律法規(guī)文本的特點,尤其通過對法律原文中詞匯特點的深入分析,可以避免由于英譯中的語言語境差異而導致的對法規(guī)理解的誤差,并且對法律研究人員和翻譯人員也有一定的幫助。
