中文摘要:

      目的比較評價當(dāng)歸川芎藥對配伍對急性血瘀大鼠血液流變學(xué)和凝血功能的影響。方法采用冰水浴和皮下注射鹽酸腎上腺素共同復(fù)制急性血瘀大鼠模型,通過測定全血黏度、血漿黏度、血沉和血壓積,觀察當(dāng)歸川芎配伍對血瘀大鼠血液流變學(xué)的影響;通過測定凝血酶原時間(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶時間(APTT)和血漿纖維蛋白原(FIB)含量,觀察當(dāng)歸川芎配伍對血瘀大鼠凝血功能的影響。最后采用權(quán)重系數(shù)法將所有指標(biāo)整合為總活血效應(yīng)值,來評價當(dāng)歸川芎配伍的總活血化瘀效應(yīng)。結(jié)果與正常組比較,模型組各血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)明顯升高;PT、APTT時間明顯縮短,FIB含量明顯升高。與模型組比較,當(dāng)歸、川芎單味藥及當(dāng)歸川芎藥對1:1和1.5:1的水提物、醇提物和先水提后醇提物給藥均能降低血液流變學(xué)各指標(biāo),對PT和APTT時間有顯著延長作用,對FIB含量有顯著降低作用。提取方法相同時,當(dāng)歸川芎藥對1:1醇提物給藥組的總活血效應(yīng)為最好,且川芎單味藥的總活血效應(yīng)優(yōu)于當(dāng)歸。配比相同的情況下,醇提給藥組的總活血效應(yīng)優(yōu)于水提和先水提后醇提給藥組。結(jié)論當(dāng)歸川芎配伍能明顯改善血瘀大鼠的血液流變學(xué)及凝血功能異常;為揭示當(dāng)歸川芎藥對相使配伍的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵提供了依據(jù)。

英文摘要:

      Objective To comparatively assess the effects of angelica root and chuanxiong on the hemorheology and the blood coagulation function in acute blood stasis rats.Methods Ice water bath and subcutaneous injection of adrenaline were both used to establish the acute blood stasis rat model.The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and haematocrit were tested to observe the effects of angelica root and chuanxiong on the hemorheology of blood stasis rats.The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and plasma fibrinogen(FIB) were tested to observe the effects of angelica root and chuanxiong on the blood coagulation function of blood stasis rats.Finally all those indices were integrated to the total activating blood circulation effect value to assess the total effects of angelica root and chuanxiong on activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis.Results Compared with the normal control group,the hemorheological indices obviously increased,PT and APTT were obviously shortened,and the FIB content obviously increased in the model group.Compared with the model group,the water extracts,alcohol extracts,water-alcohol extracts of angelica root,chuanxiong,angelica root and chuanxiong 1:1,and angelica root and chuanxiong 1.5:1 could decrease the hemorheological indices,prolong the PT and APTT,and significantly reduce the content of FIB.Under the condition of the same preparation method,the alcohol extract of angelica root and chuanxiong 1:1 showed the best total effect.As for the single herbs,chuanxiong had better effect than angelica root on the total effects of activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis.Under the condition of the same ratio,the alcohol extracts of angelica root and chuanxiong showed better total effects of activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis than water extracts and water-alcohol extracts.ConclusionThe angelica root and chuanxiong could obviously improve the abnormality of hemorheology and blood coagulation function in acute blood stasis rats,thus providing evidence for revealing the scientific innovation of the compatibility of angelica root and chuanxiong.
