【摘要】：目的探討針刺聯(lián)合康復療法治療腦血管意外后偏癱的效果與恢復情況。方法對本院收治的腦血管意外患者進行統(tǒng)計,發(fā)現(xiàn)腦血管意外后出現(xiàn)偏癱的患者共有52例,將其作為本次研究對象,按住院時床位單雙號進行分組,單號床26例患者行臨床常規(guī)的內科治療配合術后鍛煉康復,命名為A組,雙號床26例患者采用針刺聯(lián)合康復療法進行治療,命名為B組,觀察2組患者治療后恢復效果。結果對比治療前2組患者日常生活能力與運動功能均無意義(P0.05),治療后3個月、6個月后出現(xiàn)明顯差異,B組患者恢復效果更好,分值接近滿分,且96.15%的總有效率顯著高于A組的84.62%,差異較大(P0.05)。結論對腦血管意外后出現(xiàn)偏癱患者采取針刺聯(lián)合康復療法可顯著提高患者生活質量,加快病情恢復,為患者盡快回到正常生活打下良好基礎。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effect and recovery of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral vascular accident. Methods A total of 52 cases of cerebrovascular accident in our hospital were collected, and 52 cases of the patients with hemiplegia after the cerebrovascular accident were found. Twenty-six patients with the order number were treated with routine internal medicine for rehabilitation after operation. The group was named A and 26 of the two patients were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy. The group was named group B, and the effect of the two groups was observed after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the ability of daily life and the function of exercise in the two groups (P0.05). After 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the recovery effect was better, the score was close to the full score, and the total effective rate of 96.15% was significantly higher than that of group A, 84.62%. The difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy for patients with hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, accelerate the recovery of the disease, and lay a good foundation for the patients to return to normal life as soon as possible.
