【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價黃精中藥制劑治療Ⅱ型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法:檢索黃精中藥制劑及對照西藥治療Ⅱ型糖尿病的隨機對照研究(RCTs),根據(jù)Cochrane 5.1手冊要求,分別選擇研究、提取數(shù)據(jù)并評價納入RCTs的質(zhì)量,并使用Rev Man 5.3軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)果:Meta分析顯示,試驗組總有效率明顯優(yōu)于西藥對照組(P=0.005),空腹血糖降低值不劣于西藥對照組(P=0.36),餐后血糖降低值明顯優(yōu)于西藥對照組(P=0.002)。亞組分析:非黃精單藥的總有效率不劣于對照組(P=0.08),而黃精單藥的總有效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P=0.01)。結(jié)論:從本次研究結(jié)果來看,黃精中藥制劑治療Ⅱ型糖尿病不劣于單純西藥治療。但鑒于納入本次研究有一定的局限性,還仍需設(shè)計良好的大規(guī)模臨床隨機對照研究來驗證。
