【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合聯(lián)合情緒療法治療安眠藥治療的臨床療效。方法:將本院2014年2月—2016年2月收治的90例安眠藥中毒的患者采用信封法隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各45例,對(duì)照組采用西藥治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上采用中藥治療+情緒療法,比較兩組的治療效果及自殺意念的變化。結(jié)果:觀察組的總有效率高于對(duì)照組,意識(shí)清醒時(shí)間、癥狀消失時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組,并發(fā)癥少于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組出院前1d、出院后1周、出院后1個(gè)月的SSI評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合聯(lián)合情緒療法能夠提高安眠藥中毒患者的治療效果,減輕患者的自殺意念,防止事件再次發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with emotional therapy in the treatment of sleeping pills. Methods: from February 2014 to February 2016, 90 patients with sleeping drug poisoning were randomly divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, and the effect of treatment and the change of suicidal ideation were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the time of conscious consciousness, the time of symptom disappearance, the time of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group, and the complication was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The SSI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 day before discharge, 1 week after discharge and 1 month after discharge, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and emotional therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with hypnotic poisoning, alleviate the suicidal ideation of the patients, and prevent the recurrence of the incident.
