【摘要】：目的:針刺結(jié)合催眠療法治療原發(fā)性失眠癥的臨床觀察。方法:將210例患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組用針刺結(jié)合催眠療法,對照組采用小劑量的帕羅西汀每晨10~20mg口服。結(jié)果:治療組有效率83.64%,對照組有效率84%,兩組療效無顯著性差異。結(jié)論:針刺結(jié)合催眠療法治療原發(fā)性失眠與口服藥物治療療效相當(dāng),但無藥物毒副作用,更易于被患者所接受。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with hypnotherapy on primary insomnia. Methods: 210 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with hypnotherapy, and the control group was treated with low dose paroxetine every morning 10~20mg. Results: the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.64 and that of the control group was 84. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with hypnotic therapy has the same efficacy as oral medicine in the treatment of primary insomnia, but it is more easily accepted by patients with no side effects.
