【摘要】：目的通過(guò)臨床觀(guān)察，論證枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌治療功能性便秘的實(shí)用性、科學(xué)性，并證明該種聯(lián)合治療是治療便秘的有效方法。 方法收集2012年5月份到2013年5月份，就診于山西省人民醫(yī)院消化科門(mén)診并符合功能性便秘診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病人共60例，，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組1、對(duì)照組2、治療組，每組各20例。對(duì)照組1給予枳術(shù)寬中膠囊口服，對(duì)照組2給予凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌活菌片口服，治療組給予枳術(shù)寬中膠囊和凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌活菌片口服。在治療前及治療一個(gè)月后，分別對(duì)3組患者的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀積分進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)，觀(guān)察分析三組的療效。 結(jié)果三組患者治療結(jié)束后，枳術(shù)寬中膠囊組（對(duì)照組1）治愈1例（5%），顯效6例（30%），有效8例（40%），無(wú)效5例（25%），總顯效率35%，總有效率75%；凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌組（對(duì)照組2）治愈2例（10%），顯效6例（30%），有效9例（45%），無(wú)效3例（15%），總顯效率40%，總有效率85%；枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌組（治療組）治愈5例（25%），顯效10例（50%），有效4例（20%），無(wú)效1例（5%），總顯效率75%，總有效率95%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，三組治療結(jié)果在總有效率方面差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），但在顯效率方面差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），說(shuō)明治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組1、2；治療結(jié)束后對(duì)三組患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分進(jìn)行比較，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），說(shuō)明枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌對(duì)功能性便秘的癥狀改善情況優(yōu)于兩種藥物的單獨(dú)治療情況。 結(jié)論枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌治療功能性便秘優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的口服藥治療，值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to demonstrate the practicability and scientificity of Zhizhukanzhong capsule combined with Bacillus coagulans in the treatment of functional constipation, and to prove that the combined therapy is an effective method for the treatment of constipation. Methods from May 2012 to May 2013, 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation were randomly divided into control group (n = 20), control group (n = 2) and treatment group (n = 20). Control group 1 was administered with Zhizhukanzhong capsule, control group 2 with Bacillus coagulans active bacteria tablets, treatment group with trifoliate orange Kuanzhuanzhong capsule and Bacillus coagulans active bacteria tablet. Before and one month after treatment, the clinical symptom scores of three groups of patients were statistically analyzed and the curative effects of the three groups were observed and analyzed. Results after treatment, 1 case (5%) was cured, 6 cases (30%) were significantly effective, 8 cases (40%) were effective, 5 cases (25%) were ineffective, the total effective rate was 35% and the total effective rate was 75% in the Zhizhoukanzhong capsule group (control group 1). In the control group, 2 cases (10%) were cured, 6 cases (30%) were cured, 9 cases (45%) were effective, 3 cases (15%) were ineffective, the total effective rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 85%. In the treatment group, 5 cases (25%) were cured, 10 cases (50%) were effective, 4 cases (20%) were effective, 1 case (5%) was ineffective, the total effective rate was 7575% and the total effective rate was 95%. By statistical analysis, the results of the three groups in the total effective rate difference was not statistically significant (P0.05), but there was significant difference in the effective rate (P0.05), indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group (1 / 2); After the treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the three groups were compared and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The results showed that the symptom improvement of Zhizhushuanzhong capsule combined with Bacillus coagulans on functional constipation was better than that of two drugs alone. Conclusion Zhizhushuanzhong capsule combined with Bacillus coagulans in the treatment of functional constipation is better than the traditional oral drug therapy, and it is worth popularizing.
