【摘要】：正近年來肝臟活檢已成為臨床肝臟病學(xué)領(lǐng)域最常用的檢查技術(shù),是臨床急、慢性肝病患者診斷、鑒別診斷及選擇治療方案的重要工具,是多種肝臟疾病診斷及疾病臨床療效評(píng)價(jià)的"金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)",為各種肝臟疾病的預(yù)后和指導(dǎo)治療提供信息。肝臟活檢可用于膽汁淤積性肝病、藥物性肝損傷(DILI)、肝臟局灶性病變(FLLs)、不明原因肝功能異常及急性肝衰竭(ALF)、遺傳和代謝性疾病等診斷,還可用于慢性病毒性肝炎、非酒精性脂
[Abstract]:In recent years, liver biopsy has become the most commonly used examination technique in the field of clinical liver disease. It is an important tool for the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and selection of treatment schemes in patients with acute and chronic liver diseases. It is the golden standard for the diagnosis and clinical evaluation of various liver diseases, and provides information for the prognosis and treatment of various liver diseases. Liver biopsy can be used in the diagnosis of cholestatic liver disease, hepatic focal lesion of (DILI), caused by drugs, hepatic dysfunction of unknown cause of (FLLs), and (ALF), genetic and metabolic diseases of acute liver failure. It can also be used in chronic viral hepatitis, non-alcoholic lipids.
