【摘要】：正胃-結(jié)腸瘺是由于胃或結(jié)腸病變所導(dǎo)致的并發(fā)癥,是胃與結(jié)腸之間直接通過瘺管連通,從而以頑固性腹瀉、嚴(yán)重營養(yǎng)不良等為主要癥狀的一種疾病。臨床上較為罕見,即便是專業(yè)從事消化科或內(nèi)鏡專業(yè)的醫(yī)師亦可能在日常工作中忽視或漏診該疾病。1臨床資料患者男,63歲,因解糊狀大便8~10次/d,伴消瘦、噯氣伴有糞臭味5年余前來就診�；颊�30年前曾行胃大部分切除術(shù)。入院體查:體溫:36℃,脈搏:
