【摘要】：目的:觀察聚乙二醇散聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散治療老年功能性便秘的臨床療效和安全性。方法:將144例老年功能性便秘患者隨機(jī)均分為A、B、C組。A組患者給予雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散1 g,B組患者給予聚乙二醇4000散10 g,C組患者給予雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌+聚乙二醇4000散,于早、晚餐后口服。各組患者療程均為4周。觀察各組患者的臨床療效,藥物起效時間,大便形態(tài)恢復(fù)正常時間,第2、4周大便次數(shù),治療前后各臨床癥狀評分及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:C組患者總有效率顯著高于A、B組,且藥物起效時間及第2、4周大便次數(shù)均顯著多于A、B組,大便形態(tài)恢復(fù)正常時間顯著短于A、B組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后各組患者各臨床癥狀評分均顯著低于同組治療前,且C組低于A、B組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。各組患者治療期間均未見嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:聚乙二醇散聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散較單用聚乙二醇散或雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散療效更為顯著,安全性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of polyethylene glycol powder combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder in the treatment of senile functional constipation. Methods: 144 senile patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group A were given bifidobacterium triplex viable bacteria powder 1 g / g B group and group B received polyethylene glycol 4000 powder 10 g / g C group, and the group A was treated with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder (P < 0.01). Take orally after dinner. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect, the time of effective drug, the time of returning to normal defecation, the number of defecation at the 2nd week, the clinical symptom score and the occurrence of adverse reaction before and after treatment were observed. Results the total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A, and the effective time and defecation frequency of group 2 were significantly higher than that of group A B, and the time of normal stool shape recovery was significantly shorter than that of group A (P 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of each group were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment, and C group was lower than Agna B group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment. Conclusion: polyethylene glycol powder combined with Bifidobacterium triple active powder is more effective and safe than that of polyethylene glycol powder or bifidobacterium triple active powder alone.
