【摘要】：正自噬又稱為Ⅱ型細胞死亡,是細胞在自噬相關(guān)基因(autophagy related gene,Atg)的調(diào)控下利用溶酶體降解自身受損的細胞器和大分子物質(zhì)的過程。在哺乳動物細胞中存在3種不同的自噬類型:巨自噬(本文若無特殊說明均指自噬)、微自噬和分子伴侶介導(dǎo)的自噬。越來越多的證據(jù)顯示,自噬與生物體內(nèi)許多病理生理學(xué)狀態(tài)相關(guān),包括生長發(fā)育,細胞分化,組織重構(gòu),組織損傷,衰老和癌癥[1-2]。非酒
[Abstract]:Autophagy, also known as type II cell death, is the process of cells using lysosomes to degrade their damaged organelles and macromolecules under the regulation of autophagy related gene (Atg). There are 3 different types of autophagy in mammalian cells: macroautophagy (this article, if no special description refers to autophagy), micro autophagy and differentiation. More and more evidence shows that autophagy is associated with many pathophysiological states in the organism, including growth, cell differentiation, tissue remodeling, tissue damage, aging, and cancer [1-2]. non alcohol.
