【摘要】：目的比較肝囊腫及肝血管瘤在磁共振成像(MRI)常規(guī)T2加權(quán)(T2WI)序列圖像紋理特征差異。方法選取中國人民解放軍總醫(yī)院海南分院156例肝囊腫(A組:彌散加權(quán)成像呈等/低信號肝囊腫100例;B組:彌散加權(quán)成像呈高信號肝囊腫56例)及100例肝血管瘤(C組),分別對其MRI常規(guī)T2WI序列軸位圖像進行紋理特征分析(選取能量、對比度、自相關(guān)、逆差距、熵5個紋理特征參數(shù)),采用獨立樣本t檢驗及Aspin-Welch檢驗各組之間的紋理特征差異。結(jié)果 5個紋理特征參數(shù)在3組數(shù)據(jù)中能量、對比度、自相關(guān)、熵差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(A+B組比C組:P_(能量)=0.000,P_(對比度)=0.000,P_(自相關(guān))=0.000,P_(逆差距)=0.822,P_熵=0.000;A組比C組:P_(能量)=0.000,P_(對比度)=0.000,P_(自相關(guān))=0.000,P_(逆差距)=0.092,P_熵=0.000;B組比C組:P_(能量)=0.000,P_(對比度)=0.000,P_(自相關(guān))=0.000,P_(逆差距)=0.046,P_熵=0.009),同時結(jié)合受試者工作特征曲線發(fā)現(xiàn)對比度、自相關(guān)在肝囊腫及肝血管瘤鑒別中具有較高診斷價值。結(jié)論肝囊腫及肝血管瘤在MRI常規(guī)T2WI圖像的紋理特征顯著不同,紋理特征分析可以作為基于MRI常規(guī)T2WI圖像鑒別肝囊腫與肝血管瘤的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the texture characteristics of hepatic cyst and hepatic hemangioma in Mr imaging (MRI) T 2 weighted T 2 WI sequence. Methods 156 cases of hepatic cysts in Hainan Branch Hospital of Chinese people's Liberation Army were selected. Group A: 100 cases of hepatic cysts with diffusion-weighted imaging and group B: 56 cases of high-signal hepatic cysts with diffusion-weighted imaging) and 100 cases of hepatic hemangioma. The MRI conventional T2WI sequence axial images were analyzed by texture feature analysis (selecting energy, etc.) Contrast, autocorrelation, inverse disparity, entropy 5 texture feature parameters, independent sample t test and Aspin-Welch test were used to test the differences of texture features among the groups. Results the energy, contrast, autocorrelation of five texture feature parameters were observed in three groups of data. The difference of entropy is statistically significant in group A and B than in group C. There is a statistical difference between group A and group C in comparison with group C in terms of comparison between group A and group C (P = 0.000 / P / P / P / P / P) / P / P / P / P / P / P = P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / A / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / P / A / P / P / P / P / A / P / P / P / P = 0.000 / P / P = 0.000 / P / P = The P _ entropy of 0. 046 ~ 0. 046% is 0. 009 ~ 0. 009, and the contrast is found according to the operating characteristic curve of the subjects. Autocorrelation has high diagnostic value in differentiating hepatic cyst from hepatic hemangioma. Conclusion the texture features of hepatic cyst and hepatic hemangioma are significantly different in MRI conventional T2WI images. Texture analysis can be used as a tool for differentiating hepatic cyst from hepatic hemangioma based on MRI conventional T2WI images.
