【摘要】：目的觀察大黃附子湯聯(lián)合雙歧三聯(lián)活菌膠囊對(duì)慢性復(fù)發(fā)型結(jié)腸炎患者的臨床療效。方法從常州市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院、南京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院和蘇州市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院肛腸科門診病人中選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者90例,隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療A組(口服雙歧三聯(lián)活菌膠囊,2粒/次,3次/d)30例,治療B組(在治療A組基礎(chǔ)上,口服大黃附子湯,早晚各1次)30例和對(duì)照組(美沙拉嗪緩釋顆粒劑,1 g/次,3次/d)30例,三組療程均為3個(gè)月。比較三組治療前后臨床療效,糞鈣衛(wèi)蛋白、C反應(yīng)蛋白和紅細(xì)胞沉降率的變化趨勢(shì),炎癥性腸病評(píng)價(jià)量表評(píng)分、停藥1個(gè)月后的復(fù)發(fā)率及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比,治療B組在臨床綜合療效,糞鈣衛(wèi)蛋白、C反應(yīng)蛋白和紅細(xì)胞沉降率、停藥1個(gè)月后復(fù)發(fā)率方面經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)比較均有明顯差異(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論大黃附子湯聯(lián)合雙歧三聯(lián)活菌膠囊治療慢性復(fù)發(fā)型結(jié)腸炎患者臨床療效顯著,且無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng),值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of rhubarb and aconite decoction combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule on chronic recurrent colitis. Methods from Changzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Suzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine, 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected. Randomly divided into treatment group A (oral bifidobacterium trisodium live bacteria capsule 2 / 3 times / 3 times / d) 30 cases, treatment group B (on the basis of treatment group A, oral Dahuang aconite decoction, There were 30 cases in the morning and evening and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment course of the three groups was 3 months. The clinical efficacy, the change trend of fecal calcitonin C reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the evaluation scale of inflammatory bowel disease, the recurrence rate and adverse reaction after one month were compared between the three groups. Results compared with the control group, there were significant differences in clinical efficacy, fecal calcitonin C reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and recurrence rate after one month after withdrawal in group B. Conclusion Dahuang Fuzi decoction combined with Bifidobacterium Trifolium capsule is effective in the treatment of chronic recurrent colitis, and has no obvious adverse reactions, so it is worth popularizing.
