【摘要】：目的研究及觀察非甾體抗炎藥對(duì)伴有幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染風(fēng)濕病患者胃腸激素及不良消化道情況的影響,以了解幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染對(duì)該類(lèi)患者消化系統(tǒng)的危害。方法選取2015年5月-2016年4月醫(yī)院診治的38例伴有幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染的風(fēng)濕病患者為觀察組,選取同時(shí)間段的35例無(wú)幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染的風(fēng)濕病患者為對(duì)照組,對(duì)兩組患者不良消化道情況發(fā)生率,治療前后不同時(shí)間的血清胃腸激素水平進(jìn)行前瞻性研究及比較。結(jié)果觀察組十二指腸潰瘍、胃潰瘍及糜爛性胃炎發(fā)生率為18.42%、13.16%、13.16%,均高于對(duì)照組的2.86%、0、0(P0.05);治療前兩組患者的餐前及餐后血清胃腸激素水平均無(wú)明顯差異,治療后不同時(shí)間觀察組的餐前及餐后血清胃腸激素GAS、MTL、VIP及CKK水平分別為(102.52±10.47)ng/L、(229.89±21.65)ng/L、(120.75±11.01)ng/L、(14.88±1.49)pg/ml,(110.23±11.35)ng/L、(268.48±25.95)ng/L、(137.37±12.54)ng/L、(12.58±1.32)pg/ml;(108.69±12.56)ng/L、(248.58±22.97)ng/L、(130.17±12.84)ng/L、(16.32±1.68)pg/ml,(123.56±14.68)ng/L、(283.93±26.75)ng/L、(140.77±13.92)ng/L、(14.93±1.52)pg/ml,均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:非甾體抗炎藥物對(duì)伴有幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染風(fēng)濕病患者胃腸激素及不良消化道情況的影響較大,應(yīng)對(duì)該類(lèi)患者進(jìn)行積極的抗幽門(mén)螺桿菌治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and observe the effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on gastrointestinal hormones and adverse gastrointestinal conditions in patients with rheumatism associated with Helicobacter pylori infection. To understand the harm of Helicobacter pylori infection to the digestive system of the patients, 38 cases of rheumatism with Helicobacter pylori infection were selected as observation group from May 2015 to April 2016. Thirty-five patients with rheumatism without Helicobacter pylori infection were selected as control group in the same period. The serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones at different time before and after treatment were prospectively studied and compared. The incidence of gastric ulcer and erosive gastritis was 18.42 and 13.16, which was higher than that of the control group (2.86), P 0.050.There was no significant difference in serum gastrointestinal hormone levels before and after meal between the two groups. At different time after treatment, the levels of GAS-MTLN VIP and CKK in preprandial and postprandial serum in the observation group were 102.52 鹵10.47ng / L, respectively: 108.69 鹵10.47ngL / L = 229.89 鹵21.65ngL / L = 120.75 鹵11.01ngL / L = 14.88 鹵1.49pgml / L 110.23 鹵11.35ngL / L = 268.48 鹵25.95ngL / L 137.37 鹵12.54ngL / L = 12.58 鹵1.32pgml / L = 108.69 鹵12.56ngml / L + 248.58 鹵22.56ngL / L = 138.58 鹵1.84ngL 16.32 鹵1.68ng / L 16.32 鹵1.68ng123.68ng / L 26.993 鹵13.993 鹵13.593 鹵1.593 鹵1.593 鹵1.56ng / g respectively. The influence of digestive tract condition is greater, Active anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment should be performed in these patients.
