【摘要】：目的觀察急性胰腺炎(AP)患者血清微管相關(guān)蛋白1輕鏈3(MAP1-LC3)水平變化,探討其臨床意義。方法選擇輕型AP患者(MAP組)31例和重癥AP患者(SAP組)31例,于發(fā)病24 h內(nèi)抽取血清樣本,另選擇31例健康者作為對照組。檢測血清淀粉酶(Ams)、MAP1-LC3水平,對AP患者的腹部CT進(jìn)行評分。結(jié)果與對照組比較,MAP組、SAP組血清Ams、MAP1-LC3水平及腹部CT評分均升高(P均0.05),其中SAP組較MAP組上述指標(biāo)升高(P均0.05);血清MAP1-LC3水平與腹部CT評分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.977,P0.01),與Ams呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論 AP患者發(fā)病早期血清MAP1-LC3水平明顯升高,并與AP的病情嚴(yán)重程度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;血清MAP1-LC3可能是早期預(yù)測AP嚴(yán)重程度的有效標(biāo)記物。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum microtubule associated protein 1 light chain MAP1-LC3 levels in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 31 patients with mild AP and 31 patients with SAP with severe AP were selected to collect serum samples within 24 hours after onset of acute pancreatitis. In addition, 31 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The serum amylase amylase MAP1-LC3 levels were measured. Results compared with the control group, the levels of serum amsoma-MAP1-LC3 and abdominal CT scores in map group were significantly higher than those in MAP group (P < 0.05), and the serum MAP1-LC3 level and abdominal CT score were higher in SAP group than those in MAP group (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the positive correlation and Ams. Conclusion the serum MAP1-LC3 level of AP patients increased significantly in the early stage of AP. Serum MAP1-LC3 may be an effective marker for early prediction of AP severity.
